Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Washtenaw County

The place was perfect for our family gathering to celebrate my daughter’s graduation in UM . Great location and quiet neighbourhood. David and his team members always responded actively. We truly enjoyed our stay, and definitely will stay again the next time we are in town.

We had a quick but nice stay at the Frances house. We were in town for a funeral and James was very accommodating for our stay and was genuinely caring regarding our situation. The house is as described in the pictures and very clean. There were also snacks and coffee pods provided. Several restaurants and coffee shops around the corner to walk to. We hope to stay again in the future.

Very nice and cosy place for a couple. Clean and homely. Good place stay when visiting Ann Arbor or Detroit areas. Overall highly recommended for single or two people to stay.

David's house is pet friendly which I needed ... having an enclosed back yard was great as I could let my dog run free and not worry about him getting out of the yard ... I'm very satisfied that I made my booking with David ... if I ever need to go back to Ypsilanti ... I would definitely look up David's house to see if it was available

This Airbnb is one of my favorites that I have stayed in. It was very accommodating. I was surprised at all the little details they included to ensure you felt welcomed. More than enough towels and linens and toys for my kids.

Ivy's home is just that, a HOME! I felt at home during my stay. The house is well kept, the household furniture's including appliances were all in great form. The location is great and peaceful. My expectations were exceeded, and I will definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a vacation home rental.

We had a great time in Ann Arbor during our stay at Alexa's place. The house had everything we needed. The parking is great, the couches and bed are very comfortable, and the patio was awesome. We even saw some rabbits back there ! It was very clean and the owner is very responsive. This is our new go-to place in Ann Arbor. Everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! Jesse and Natalie were so accommodating and friendly! The house and backyard were just the right size for us and our dogs. So private and peaceful, yet only 15 or minutes from UofM, making for the best of both worlds! Would definitely stay here again!

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Very nice clean and spacious. Plenty of games and activities to do. Very big back yard the pool was nice the fire pit was great for at night. Location was nice and private area. Highly recommended

Kyle's place was perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy home cooked meals which was nice. The full working laundry 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was good to come home & relax after our long days of visiting our brother who was in a hospice in Waterford. What I loved most about Kyle's place was that it felt comfortable, spacious & homely. Thank you Kyle.

Overall, we had a great experience! It was just as described. Meredythe was very hospitable and accommodating. I appreciated her making me and my guests feel at home. I really enjoyed kayaking on the beautiful lake. Also the adorable pups were a bonus to our stay ❤️ I would recommend booking it out🙂

We had a wonderful time. The apt was clean and nice. The area was nice. We were Close to a supermarket with great food. I would, with no doubt come back . Thank Adam you are a great host!

Beautiful place, it has such a charm to it. Walkable to downtown Ferndale. It was amazing and just felt like being at home.

This Airbnb is a great couples getaway. It is peaceful and the hot tub, fire pit, kayaks and all the extras make it welcoming! If you forgot anything, Judi has it well supplied so you do not need to leave! She is also amazing at communicating! I would HIGHLY recommend a stay!

The house was in a great location, walkable to downtown Ann Arbor. The house was clean and cozy and had everything you might need. Dave was very responsive when we had questions and check in and out was seamless. Would 100% recommend this Airbnb and Dave was a great host.

This is our 2nd time at Maureen's home... and we will keep coming! The place is immaculate, well appointed, very functional and in a peaceful area. It is ideal if you are visiting U of Michigan campus (only 15-20 minutes away) yet want to be a bit away of all the hassle and have a lot more space than a hotel room. Plus, Maureen is always friendly and easy to communicate with!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a great place close to town, but in a nice quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was great to have for our dogs to burn energy. We would love to stay again!

I cannot say enough how thankful I am to have found Julie's house. We arrived in Michigan after a 10 hour drive to find that the airbnb we had originally reserved was not one we could stay in. Julie welcomed us into her beautiful home with just a few hours' notice. It was extremely clean, beautiful, and the perfect location for my family. We will definitely stay at her home again when we go back to Michigan. Highly recommend.

So much character, just like how it’s described in the listing. The photos were accurate, and love the history behind it. I had a few local friends who came over for a courtyard BBQ and the host graciously made sure I had a new propane tank. The place truly feels like a home away from home. Note for hot sleepers - the AC was in the living room and was plenty strong. But the bedrooms are at the back, there were fans in the bedrooms. If you are a hot sleeper in the heat of summer, that may not be enough.

The house was clean and comfortable. Close to everything. The host was responsive and friendly. The back yard is mostly enclosed which is great for privacy. If you have dogs, the fence does not completely enclose the yard. The listing doesn’t say it does but some previous reviews mention the fence.
