Great host! Space was very nice.

I really can't stress enough how much I love this place! It's spacious, flooded with natural lighting, and overlooks a communal lawn where I listened to the birds and spotted some squirrels. The sofas and bed are ridiculously comfy, there were already sauces and seasonings in the fridge and cupboard, and all cleaning necessities there too! The building/apartment is quiet - you can barely hear the neighbours, and vice versa, so it feels very private. It's also within easy walking distance of parks, restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc! One thing to note is that the location is right next to the highway, so there is a constant drone of traffic. Personally, I grew to find it quite soothing, so it wasn't really a problem, but it's truly the only thing I can think of that might put anyone off booking this apartment. Oh, also! During my stay, the building had a maintenance check that Mariya made sure I was fully aware of and prepared for❤️ A wonderful host, and a wonderful flat!

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The sheets and the bed were heavenly! The basement apartment was just beautiful they do an amazing job keeping the space clean. Property is immaculate!

We always stay at one of Adam’s place when we are visiting my family in Michigan. The apartments are clean and have many amenities. Quiet area and lots to do around. Close to many major shops and restaurants. Definitely recommend.

This was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting our Siena Heights student. Convenient and clean.

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

It's an extraordinary place and super well located. Clean, tidy and everything that was advertised is really like that.

Ian was an amazing proactive host, there was literally nothing I had to text him about because his automated messages were very informative. There were no exaggerations about the place he listed or the amenities. I would like to stay with him again in the future.

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Val was an amazing host. She was always available when I had any concerns and accommodated any requests I had. she also helped me get to know the area better by recommending activities for my daughter and I. I'm really going to miss the view from the wall length windows. The location is great, everything you need is literally up the street. Downtown is a 5 min walk from the condo and is so beautiful. I would stay again.

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

The place is in a very convenient location, everything is within walking distance. The only downside is the space is a little dark, it would be great if there is more lights.

Super clean and comfortable house. Great place to stay with adult family members. Giant couch / tv for when you need a break. Kitchen is well stocked and everything is in great working order. Only 15 mins from downtown AA. Too bad it rained the night we were at home, we didn't get a chance to use the beautiful yard and firepit. Highly recommend.

Great place for a family looking to travel to a Michigan game. Fully stocked kitchen and a great living room to watch football in. It feels very much like what Airbnb is supposed to be, you’re a guest and someone’s home in a neighborhood. Everything was clean, worked great, no issues at all. The neighborhood is very residential, sleepy and quiet without a lot of nightlife per sé, but that might be exactly what you’re looking for. My father-in-law is in his 70s and was able to walk all the way to Michigan stadium no problem. We all loved the shower and the outdoor area .

First time experience with Air bnb and Lindsey made the entire thing a breeze. Extremely helpful, flexible, responsive and very friendly. She had the place professionally cleaned and even had a fridge full of beverages for our stay. The place was very cozy, quiet, and peaceful. Extremely easy to check in, and out. I would recommend this stay just based off of customer service and cleanliness alone. Thankful for the opportunity to rent this space for the weekend!

I had a great stay here! The bed was comfy and a heater was provided so I stayed warm at night!! Barbra’s lovely and super helpful, the location is perfect and is in a 20-40 minute walk of the university . As the ad says, there are a lot of dogs, if you don’t like dogs or dog hair and don’t want any barking this probably isn’t the place for you. But I loved the dogs, they’re cuddle bugs and very friendly :)) Thanks for having me!

Was a wonderful ABNB. Perfect for our needs, three guests. Had a beautiful kitchen, that we did not have time to use. Just a overnight stay. We were greeted on arrival , which is always nice. Would definitely rent again

I can't say enough nice things about this Airbnb, a very quiet Prairie-style family home down a dirt road. "Jack's room" shares a toilet and shower but has a separate sink and whatever toiletries you might need. The hosts told me I could use a different room (unrented for that weekend) if I didn't want to share, but it was fine. They left snacks and a Keurig coffee maker. I was able to text for questions and got responses immediately.

Kiera is a great host who cares deeply about the positive experiences of her guests! She was always quick to respond to any questions and clearly communicated all house rules. For students, this location is an 8 minute walk to the route 6 bus stop on Ellsworth. This goes directly to UMich’s central campus in about 30 mins- a great amenity. The location is also within walking distance of a Meijer and Target as well as many restaurants.

Place was awesome and felt at home with these hosts , was on extended stay so first week got almost $300 worth of grocery’s , when I left, I left with about $250 worth . Sharon is amazing cook , you got all the privacy could ask for being downstairs , but she would let ya know she made some dinner and it was ready , and she would send some extras back with ya to put in your refrigerator for later ! Her place was also designed very cool , and was nice to see some of her work she has been doing on resorts , will be making a visit there as well ! Would highly recommend a stay.
