Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Washington

This was exactly what we needed for our stay in St. George. We came for a softball tournament and some hiking and we needed a place to come back to that was cozy and feels like home atmosphere and this was perfect. We'll be back next year for sure!!

Shelby was very informative and friendly. It was super easy to get checked in and to find. Everything was super clean and the AC was set nice and cool for us when we arrived!

Great place to stay, about 45 minutes from the entrance of Zion. It is a nice and comfortable place to stay. Overall, we would return to this place if we ever come back!

We had a great stay. this is a really nice and spacious place. One suggestion is a pathway to get in. There is no driveway so you have to walk from street. This is a small thing. But the place is great and do recommend it.

Shane’s place was absolutely perfect for our large family! There were plenty of beds and bathrooms for everyone. We enjoyed the large kitchen table for meals and games. We loved sitting on the decks, playing in the pool just across the street, and enjoyed the running trails surrounding the place. We loved the close proximity to the Coral Canyon Golf course. While it was located in a very quiet, peaceful place, it was very easy to get to stores and restaurants. Shane was an amazing host - very proactive, accommodating, and eager to make it a great experience!!

This is our new favorite place to stay when visiting the surrounding area of St. George. The home was very inviting and cozy. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the sofa in the living room. I loved curling up in the evening with my book in hand and the fireplace keeps the area comfortably warm. Also, the beautiful bathtub was another treat, to just relax at the end of the day. We were also thankful for the binder full of activities and restaurant recommendations. If we had any questions, Charie was extremely responsive. We can’t wait to visit this lovely home again.

The house was spacious and showed better than the listed photos. The home was very clean and centrally located to many points of interest. It is a short drive to the Springdale entrance and the Kolob entrance of Zion. It is also a short drive to Cedar Breaks National Park. I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Zion and hope to one day visit again

Gerri's place is wonderful - would stay there again in a heartbeat. Spotlessly clean, convenient to ZNP, tons of personal touches throughout like local recommendations, board games, and even left us pancake mix and syrup for breakfast! Check in/out directions were very clear. Rain shower in the bathroom was perfect after a long day hiking. Thank you, Gerri!

We had a wonderful stay! Brittany was incredibly sweet and communicative, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the entire trip. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free and pleasant experience!

This was the middle stop of our week long trip and was so nice to have a large house AND a pool to relax. We were right between all the things we were looking to go do so the location was great as well!

Looked better than the pictures. Bed was comfortable And everything was clean. Area was peaceful. It’s about a 30 minute drive away from most restaurants and Zion. Coffee, microwave, and a fridge were provided.

The place was great! Very clean, exactly as described and close to Zion. Susan was communicative, and a great host!

AMAZING!! Some friends and I were just driving though on a moving trip and stopped here for the night and it was everything we needed! Clean home, welcome snacks, after a long day of driving was exactly what we needed. The backyard and the hot tub really made the place that much better

This was a second stay at Paige's place. it continues to be the best Air B and B property at which I have stayed. "5's" in EVERY category, just like last year!! For our golf excursion we were never more than 15 or 20 minutes away from a course and we were only 10 or 15 minutes away from downtown St. George and their dining options. can't wait for our 3rd trip next June!

Great studio apartment. It’s in a resort full of vacation rentals so it always was peaceful outside. Pool and hot tub was nice and there was always covered parking. A/C worked great, and we used the heck out of the kitchen. We had an issue with the patio door but that was resolved with nearly immediate response.

We loved our stay here! The pools were amazing, our favorite being the family pool. Place was clean and there were plenty of blankets and pillows! AC was a dream. Thank you for having us!

We loved our stay!! Cody and Nicole were excellent hosts and the place was ideal for our family of 6. The games and toys were an extra bonus to the kids dish ware, comfortable rooms and fun pool central environment. We loved St George and are so glad we kicked off our summer with the visit!

Would stay again. 1st floor means you don’t have to worry about lugging anything up stairs. The kids pool area was across the street and the club house pool area was a short walk. People in the complex were friendly and the traffic was controlled by speed bumps. The place its self was over all great and was a pleasant stay with no real reason to try and reach out to anyone because instructions were so easy to follow.

I really appreciated that the staples of sugar, flour, etc. were supplied along with the classic cooking tools (i.e., griddle, waffle maker, etc.).

Amy’s place was perfect for the week. Very clean, organized and has everything you need. We went shopping and cooked all week and didn’t have any problems. She communicates quickly and was a great host. Las Palmas is an older resort that could use some TLC. My daughter and I used the sketchy weight room…. Would be awesome if they remodeled that. Also the large pool needed better filters, the water was jerky, full of sunscreen. That being said, we enjoyed the resort. Loved walking around the perimeter, close to anything you need and great views!

This is a clean condo in a good location. It was comfortable and had what we needed.

We have stayed at Amira a few times because we love the resort. But this was our first stay in Unit 7 and we LOVED it! The unit is fully updated. The kitchen had everything we needed, the walk in shower was appreciated after a long day of hiking and the private patio was a wonderful oasis surrounded by Hollyhock flowers in full bloom. We will definitely be back and Unit 7 will be our first choice!
