House holiday rentals in Washington

This was our 2nd visit. Our extended family fit perfectly & we quite enjoy this place. It's clean, close to places we enjoy going. The only complaint is that the previous people didn't take out the garbage to the curb & it was pretty full & stinky walking by the cans...Everything else was perfect! We feel this place is family friendly & fun! We hope to come back in the future.

This was a great location for our spring break. Easy access to the community pool. The enclosed porch in the back was a great space away if you all didn’t want to watch the same thing. The game room was fun. But everything was perfect. 👌 there is a great paved trail near by. We brought our motorized scooters and were able to take a quick ride to the gas station for a drink. Would be great for bikes.

Phenomenal home base for our weekend Zion trip. Would book again.

We had the best time at Lucy’s townhouse in Washington! The place was clean and decorated nicely. She provided clear instructions and helpful tips for local amenities. It was perfect.

Really enjoyed staying here. Jason was very responsive and accommodating when I asked for an early check-in. The place is beautiful and so is the area.

The home was very clean and as described. We had fun at the pool though we must have been there at a very busy time because it was always full, lots of people and activity on the streets. Took about 6 minutes to walk to it from the house. Beds were very hard, two of my kids slept on the floor cause they said it was more comfortable😜 location was ideal for our planned activities, shopping, restaurants and hiking were all very close. We had a hard time finding parking ( most likely due to the busy time of year) couldn’t park in the garage as it was too small for our vehicle and outside parking was full by the time we got home in the evening, we had to park and walk to the house on a couple evenings. Overall it was a pleasant experience, host was responsive and accommodating.

this home is big and beautiful. It's perfect for large groups and multi-family. there is a bathroom for every bedroom with is amazing. Both Zion and Bryce are within driving distance. we did Zion for 3 days. also the kids loved the pool area.

Matthew’s place was absolutely fabulous! The highlight was definitely the pool and slide — they provided unlimited entertainment for everyone. We were having so much fun that we never even got around to using the gaming systems or the pool table. The stereo system was a great touch, adding amazing ambience to our pool time, and we loved that the music could be heard throughout the entire house. You truly won’t want for anything while staying here. Don’t bother packing coffee, tea, a blow dryer, or any of the usual essentials — the house is so thoughtfully stocked, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. One of our favorite nightly traditions was roasting s’mores around the fire pit — the kids absolutely loved it! Matthew was also incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which made everything even more enjoyable and stress-free. We had the most wonderful stay. Honestly, the only downside was having to leave.

This was a wonderful house for our large group of 10. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. All appliances worked and the air-conditioning was very efficient and kept the house comfortable in the 100 degree temps. The pool was lovely and the community pool was a hit with all the kids as well. The location was very convenient to get to Zion easily and had quick access to Walmart and Costco. This house made our trip so enjoyable!

We loved staying here!!! It was bigger than we expected with lots of room. We would love to stay here again on our next getaway!!!!

Thank you for letting us use your beautiful home on our adventure. Scott is very responsive and they are very dog friendly. Lots of blankets, towels, leashes, poopie bags, and leashes for our dog to borrow. Everything was very comfortable and we felt right at home. They are very generous and everything is there from hand soap to laundry soap. The fridge is spacious and the yard was very clean and cute. Bedrooms are very comfortable including bed and linens. I will definitely stay again when I'm back in town!

Excellent stay! We loved every minute of it and will most likely be back again! Denise was a wonderful, personable host. The area is stunning and provides a wonderful retreat for whatever reason is desired.

This was a very nice, well appointed space. It occupies a basement below an RV garage, so it was very cool during a stretch of 100° days. The lighting is well done and sort of hides the fact that you are underground. One other nice touch was the motion-sensor night lights in the halls, helpful at night. The kitchen area is spacious, fully appointed, and allowed us to have meals in the unit. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom is also spacious and comfortable, and the bath was poutine and adequately sized. The second bedroom has a single bunk over a double bunk, probably best for a family of three or fewer kids who get along. As a 6'7" man, the bed & corner shower was perhaps not meant for me, and my wife had to sleep on the upper bunk (we let our friends use the master bedroom with the king sized bed). There is a nice pool with a waterfall feature, and a corner jacuzzi. Andy was always responsive, and we enjoyed our 7 night stay.

We loved our stay here! The house was great with easily enough room for our family of 8. The place was clean and had everything you needed in the kitchen and everywhere else. We went at the end of May when it was nearly 100 degrees everyday, so the water park for the neighborhood was perfect. It had all the fun stuff for the kids with lots of room to layout in the sun chairs. The hosts are awesome! Very attentive and helpful. We actually left a $200 pair of sunglasses on accident in the garage, the hosts had their house manager go by and they found them. Then they went above and beyond by shipping us the sunglasses without even asking for anything in return. We will absolutely stay here again!

Very cool place with a huge pool!

Was a great place to stay! Very clean and beat all expectations. Bathrooms were huge, kitchen was great and had everything we needed. Host was extremely responsive and quickly came up with solutions for anything we needed help on! I would absolutely recommend this place to stay, we did it for being close to Zion national park and it felt like a reasonable drive, very pretty as well!

This beautiful home is ideally located in the St. George area—perfect for any group on a golf trip. Every course we played was within 15 minutes of the property, with Sand Hollow just under 10 minutes away. It's also conveniently close to restaurants and Costco. And don’t miss out on Donughtsville down the street... it’s a must! The house easily accommodated our group of 12. The oversized furniture, spacious dining area, and well-stocked supplies made our stay incredibly comfortable and hassle-free. The garage too was perfect for the sprinter van that we rented. Christine and Colby were fantastic hosts exuding attentiveness, responsiveness, and genuinely care. It’s clear they prioritize their guests’ experience. If you're headed to Utah, do yourself a favor and book this place now!
