Updated country home located one mile north of Afton Alps ski hill and golf course. We are across the road from Afton State park with miles of walking trails and the St. Croix River. You will love how peaceful this space is. There is also a fire ring and plenty of firewood to enjoy sitting outside. Large patio to enjoy coffee in the morning or a barbeque. South Hill home less than a mile walk to downtown (0.8 miles). A short walk to South Hill stairs with unforgettable scenic overlook of St. Croix River. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, originally built in 1890 and remodeled in 2004. Modern updates with character of an old house. We happily accept well-trained dogs in our home. There is an apartment above the detached garage where the owners live in the off-season (Fall through Spring).
