This is a small brick shed. It is located in a quiet, rural location 20 minutes from the centre of Lincoln. It is a stand-alone building that comprises a bedroom (with a double bed) and an en-suite shower and toilet room. There is a kettle, toaster, mini-fridge and mini-microwave for preparing drinks, warming up a takeaway etc (i.e. it is not a kitchen). Outside there is a private, walled and gated courtyard equipped with a table and two chairs. Car parking is directly outside the courtyard.

Capella cottage sits within the village of Branston. Being only four miles South-East of Lincoln’s city centre, It is accessed easily by car. (Approx ten min drive) The cottage is on the main road through Branston so there may be occasional road noise from traffic. There is a good sized rear garden, where the sun can be enjoyed through the day. Free Parking is available on the road outside of the property or should you prefer free ‘off street’ parking, this can be found just up the road.
