Home from home. Everything you need to be self sufficient in this space. Gorgeous space and very quiet area. Beautiful location close to bridleway and public path and easy walk to the reservoir. Space is excellent including garden. Do need a car. No shops etc in walking distance.

The accommodation was exactly as described. It was a very quiet area with easy parking. The flat was pristine and the kitchen very well equipped. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again if we return to Ipswich.

The cottage was perfect for our family group of four adults and a baby. The cottage had been well modernised and was well equipped with a good selection of kitchen equipment and comfortable beds and good bed linen. We found the Alton water park to be a great place for walks and cycling as well as having a good cafe for a coffee or snack. Also it was very close to Dedham and Flatford Mill for Constable country viewing.and walking. The garden would gave been great for summer use but being a cold autumn week we did not use it. There were a number of pubs within a ten minute drive. We would definitely use this cottage again.

The room was just what we needed as it was so close to Vauxhall Farm where our church were having a camp weekend away. So we could join in during the day but didn't need to rough it in any way!! At Nancy's we had such a comfortable bed and everything we needed. It was beautifully clean, and quiet. There was plenty of room to park too. It took us a bit of time to find it as our sat nav told us is was on the opposite side of the road!
