Holiday rentals with a patio in Wasaga Beach

This was my wife and I’s second time visiting Midland to attend the annual butter tart festival. Our previous rental unit last year was great as were the furnishing so the bar was high for this year’s Airbnb rental. In fact, the “Home in Midland” rental unit and the hosts exceeded our expectations. The rental unit's location was only minutes from the festival and most amenities such restaurants, waterfront and stores. We never moved the car during our stay since everything was within a short walk. About the hosts welcoming attitude and hospitality: Upon arrival, we requested an early entry which was granted without hesitation. We were also fortunate enough to meet one of the hosts (Shelby) she was extremely pleasant and assisted us in making sure we were in the right parking spot, which was well indicated. We walked up 2 flights of stairs to get to our unit and were pleasantly surprised at the space of the rental . The pictures online were absolutely on point and matched expectations.

The apartment is beautiful with nice furnishings and decor, comfy beds and a large well-stocked kitchen. The only minor drawback (which was known/expected) is the location - kind of tucked behind a restaurant. That didn't cause any issues or noise though. We would stay here again as it was perfect for us. Also a short walk to the main street for shopping and restaurants was handy.

We absolutely loved staying at Jessica’s place, it felt like we were cocooning in a treehouse. The location was so close to beautiful Georgian Bay. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we enjoyed the interior fireplace and exterior fire pit. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

We absolutely loved our stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place! From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed by this clean, cozy, and beautifully-furnished home-away-from-home. Our hosts thought of everything, and were friendly, responsive and helpful. Their place is complete with everything you could need for a comfortable stay, in addition to some additional thoughtful, special touches. We had fun playing some of the many available board games, and found it so peaceful to sit in their quiet backyard, surrounded by trees. We LOVED lounging in the beautiful hot tub. Next time we’re in Coldwater, we would definitely stay at Chantal and Sylvain’s place again! Highly recommend!

Beautiful place just a few minutes from the Village where there are great restaurants and shops. The condo was everything we expected and more - fabulous open concept and bright. A deck overlooking the golf course and the Blue Mountains - it doesn't get much better than that. The hosts were responsive and delivered on all the promises made in the description. It was very comfy and the access of a kitchen was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable, and everything was neat! We were able to easily use the TV as well! Overall really great!

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, the check-in process was super easy, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the harbour. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic weekend staying at Gerard’s place! It was just as described from the pics and Gerard provided very clear instructions which made checking in seamless. The place was very clean, spacious, and right on the water! There was also a ton of things to do including kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, board games, a gym with weights as well as a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely come back again in the future!

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

Me and my wife had an exceptional 3 months stay at the property. House was peaceful and private. Nature and Surrounding was just what we were looking for. House is fully equipped and comfortable. Raquel was always available and proactive with the furniture for the seasons change. That was amazing !! We will definitively be back soon !! Thanks Raquel !

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

I recently stayed at Jer’s Airbnb with a group of seven friends, and we had an incredible experience. The amenities truly made the stay unforgettable. We spent hours enjoying the pool table, foosball, darts, and old-school arcade machines. The private sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for unwinding, and the outdoor BBQ and fire pit setup created the ideal space for evening hangouts. Everything was spotless, well-organized, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Jer was an excellent host, very responsive and clearly committed to providing a top-tier experience. I highly recommend this property to anyone planning a getaway with friends or family. We had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Jer! One thing worth highlighting is that the pictures don’t do this place justice. As great as it looks online, the property is 100 times better in person — more spacious, more comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches that aren’t fully captured in photos.

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. We went to this cottage for a beautiful romantic weekend getaway and we were happy we got that. The owner of the cottage Necker was very kind and helpful, absolutely loved the place and there was plenty of water activities to do. It was easy to check in, communicate and plenty of peaceful vibes. Recommended 100%, please go visit this cottage it is very well worth it. P.S: we loved the character of the cottage with little artpieces and wall art from all over the globe 🌎.

We absolutely loved our time here. The home was meticulously maintained, with blooming garden to set a serene scene view. Inside, every room was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials—towels, toiletries, kitchen basics, you name it. Our favorite spot was the private deck, where we sipped our morning coffee and enjoyed a peaceful afternoon read. Each day we took the short, pleasant stroll down to the beach, which quickly became our favorite part of the morning routine. The location offers a perfect balance of exploration and total relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, convenient, getaway spot.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vanya and Peter’s place! The cottage was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything my family needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh coffee and a guidebook of local spots. Most importantly, Vanya and Peter were amazing hosts: communicative, welcoming, and respectful of my privacy. I truly felt at home here, and I’d happily to come back and stay again!

Our one night stay at Sabine’s was tremendous. The home is well appointed with plenty of space and easy walking distance to the village. Located in a second floor end unit, it’s a place you immediately feel comfortable in. There is a view of the slopes from the main room picture windows and a small deck area with muskoka chairs. There’s a sizeable fridge to store your beverages to drink while soaking up the views. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, and good sized master in the loft with king bed and en suite. Sabine was very communicative and left detailed instructions. Remote check in was a breeze. There is parking available. I would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back.

Loved our stay here!! Can't say enough positive things about our vacation here. Kitchen was fully stocked, clean bathroom and rooms, easy check in and check out and excellent cooling system as it was a hot few days. Amenities were great and welcoming for families, environment was peaceful and we also loved how the balcony backed onto trees and nature. Would 100% stay here again in the future. Thank you!

My family and I had the best time at Friday Harbour accommodated my Adriana. Her place was beautiful and clean. Literally everything we needed was already thought of and stocked. The condo was walking distance to the main boardwalk area where we found lots to do. My family and I will definitely revisit this condo soon!

Jack was an amazing host!! Extremely friendly, responsive and helpful throughout the entire process, before & during the stay, and morning of check out. Provided us with very clear instructions including a map if we needed, as well as linked us to the local events / dining page for the resort. The place was spotless! Matched the listing page. Would definitely recommend reserving one of Jack's listings after the great experience we had.
