The cottage is located centrally, features the original four-roomed building plus a newly-built extension which includes two living spaces, two bedrooms, main bathroom, ensuite with double shower, modern kitchen, European laundry, single bunk sleep-out, courtyard with outdoor setting, umbrella and BBQ, and a hot/cold outdoor shower.

You’re own separate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush en-suite & lockable doors and block-out blinds.

Located halfway between Warrnambool and Port Fairy, surrounded by beautiful green countryside, walking distance to Tower Hill reserve and a short drive to the hidden gem of Killarney beach. The studio is a private apartment, semi attached to our home, Heathbrae, in peaceful gardens set on over 2 acres.

Ideally located in the heart of heritage Camperdown, a beautiful small country town with majestic elm avenues. 8 cafes, 3 hotels, 2 supermarkets, and shops are nearby. The Elgar Suite, in this charmingly renovated old bank, has a queen bed, lounge room, kitchen/dining area and bathroom. It has its own private entrance from the shared foyer. Basic breakfast provisions. No pets, sadly.
