My property is situated on the shores of Lake Cartcarrong midway between the Great Ocean Road and the Grampians. I speak Italian and French with an Italian accent! There is one horse and one whippet on the property and numerous species of native wildlife. The accommodation is light, private, spacious and comfortable.

The Little Shack is a comfy bungalow with its own private entrance and double gated yard. It is located 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches. It’s around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens and the fab little Pleasant Hill Coffee van and a milk bar, fish and chips, laundromat and cafe Wilba + Co. Most pets are very welcome to stay with pre-approval upon booking. It’s a double bed so cosy! If you’re 6’4” maybe not ideal!

The cottage is set amongst our other independent accommodation. We do stress that the Cottage is located at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, enjoy & the price reflects this.
