Top accommodation with everything you need. Kitchen super equipped, everything very clean, we will be happy to come back.

Even if it was only a short stay, it was really a successful one. It was really super straightforward. The apartment is 100% as described.

I stayed with my partner in Conny's apartment off peak season (mid-March). The apartment is fantastically beautiful and the communication with Conny is very straightforward. We particularly loved the great equipment of the AirBnb's and the geographical location is wonderful. The sauna in the bathroom completes the experience and the place Rechlin invites you to relax. Since there was a small misunderstanding in the amenities, Conny met us with a late check out - we found that very convincing. Smaller shortcomings: - the apartment belongs to a holiday park, communication and check-in/out ran via Conny, but on site via the park and on the way information has been lost/incorrect/confusingly placed. - Off season we had enough privacy - but if there were more neighbors or the other houses in the area were fully booked, it would be too narrow. The bottom line is that we found it to be easily too high-priced. ✨Still, off season will be happy to come back!

The house is in a beautiful and quiet cottage settlement. The surrounding area is very clean. Especially with a dog, it is very good,thanks to the high hedge our dog was able to lie down and relax on the lawn. It is also not far to the water,a small 5-10 minute walk and you were on a small stretch of beach for swimming. The key handover went smoothly and the building management could be reached at any time in case of questions or problems. The house was very clean and really cozy for 2 people,you can even vacation there as a family with 2 children. In the kitchen there was everything you needed,kettle,coffee maker,toaster and even a small dishwasher and washing machine were available. The beds in the bedroom were also very clean and cozy,we were able to sleep very well. All in all, we can only recommend this small and cozy house for a nice holiday by the lake to relax and unwind.

We felt very comfortable. Everything that was needed was available. The apartment was very clean and comfortably furnished. The proximity to the beach is great. Despite summer vacations, the beach section (not for dogs) in front of the apartment was not overcrowded. We walked about 10 minutes to the beautiful dog beach. The hostess was very accessible and is very friendly.

Very lovingly and extensively equipped apartment. We felt at home and were within walking distance of the beach in 2-3 minutes. The apartment had everything you could wish for and also at home: from the DVD player, to the Ifen and microwave to the handcart and Strabd toys for children. Highly recommended for small children, especially the connected indoor pool with sauna area, which also saves rainy holiday days. We'd love to come back here anytime.

Perfectly equipped apartment, cozy and very clean. Especially for our two dogs, the proximity to the dog beach and the location on the ground floor was great. Highly recommended.

Staying at Ulrike's place was great. The apartment is as in the photos and a very great view. Ulrike always answered the messages and we had no problems checking in and checking out. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place. Gladly again and maybe see you soon.... :)

The stay in Prora was very nice! The apartment was very spacious, well furnished and had a very nice location, right on the Baltic Sea! Highly recommended!

The reception of the facility could not be reached by phone and the band announcement for check-in has contradicted itself with the information in the email. Mattes then clarified this for us, which was really great and helped us a lot! Thank you again! We felt welcome and enjoyed our holiday.

Beautiful, modern, clean and spacious apartment with great amenities. 1 floor, elevator, one floor down is the wellness area with swimming bar, sauna, sports and strength room that you can use. Do not forget swimming trunks, bathrobe, etc. Also a large terrace belongs to the apartment. However, you sit there quite a bit on the presentation plate, it is practically completely visible. The apartment is inland, you can go out to the back in the building to the beach or outdoor swimming pool (in summer). It was almost too hot for us in the apartment, even though we had turned all the thermostats all down. You have to bring sheets, towels or book for a fee. Also a parking space costs, regularly €8,- a day. And you will need it, you will find yourself in a renovated part of the "power through joy" (KdF) of the Nazis in Prora; almost 5 km the buildings on the coast with beautiful, flat sandy beach; some are already luxuriously renovated, partly decayed and locked. Fascinating and scary at the same time. In summer, it should be completely without end, without parking reservation you are also in the hose, there is also practically only the hotels, apartments, etc. assigned parking spaces on site. There was also a lot going on at the beginning of November. So if you are looking for some peace, you are not well taken care of there. There are restaurants, small shops, a bakery right nearby (gr. Offer, buns but rather average), all integrated into the former building complexes of the "KdF" building. It's not really within walking distance to the nearest supermarket, cycling or car making more sense. It's a few kilometers to Binz, we walked back and forth, you're already quite busy. Binz has quite good infrastructure, pedestrian zone, shops, even a small department store due to tourism. Overall a really great apartment, you certainly have to like the surroundings, especially during high season. In the area of the park deck there is a lockable room for bikes that we liked to use. The museum in and around Prora is a must-see to get a taste of the history and size of the complex. It looks like the apartment is also offered on other platforms.

We had a very nice week. The apartment is high quality furnished and finished. The balcony is very spacious with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. The covered parking garage is a 30-meter walk from the apartment. Glad there is a reserved private place to park the car (10 euros per day). In the parking garage there is a locked bicycle shed where you can store and recharge the e-bike.

only complaints - have to check on before 6pm. most food places closed at this time of year. but otherwise fantastic

Our stay at the Feldberg lake landscape was very nice - the apartment looked like the photos, spacious, everything clean and everything you need!

We had a great time at Sebastian and Odin's apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Everything was also available for our little one (crockery, books, high chair, handcart and more) We felt right at home. We would come back anytime.

It was my first booking on Airbnb. So first it's a little skeptical because it didn't get a review of the apartment at that time. But what can I say, after I booked, I immediately received an answer from Uwe and many questions could be resolved directly. So the ice was quickly broken and trust there. Uwe provides his guests with many helpful tips, checks in and takes care of it. The apartment is a dream, as can already be seen from the description. The amenities are top, TV in both rooms. One of them even with a smart TV function for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, etc. The location is also great, just under 100 m from the beach and the lake bridge. The apartment is out the back, so it is also beautifully quiet. This way you get little of the hustle and bustle on the other side. The underground parking space is also very convenient. Thus, if necessary, the search for a parking space is omitted. It couldn't be better. I can only share Uwe's tips for waffle maze or the restaurant Strandkate. If you are in the mood for a good Italian restaurant, you are in good hands at La Trattoria in Zingst. It is best to book a table at the restaurants. Could be tight otherwise. All in all, a great starting point for excursions e.g. by Darß train, a Bodden tour, a bike tour (bike rental in the same building) or a trip to Prerow. I can 100% recommend the apartment. Top landlords, great apartment, great location. That's all you can say.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay very much, the home was equipped with everything we needed, the location is perfect and the views from the backyard and the balcony are breathtaking. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, it is the perfect getaway!

The location of the Sturmbrecher is great. Although there were four of us there, it was also not cramped due to the spacious, covered terrace. Our boys were very happy about the bikes and we would like to come again.

Very modern and very well-equipped accommodation. The proximity to the beach is also worth mentioning. The icing on the cake would be if there was WiFi (it explicitly stated that there is none).

We were already Kristin's guests for the second time and felt great this time as well. The contact is pleasant, friendly and fast. And the accommodation itself is so beautiful and cosy that it's not bad if the weather doesn't cooperate. If you have forgotten your book for rainy days, you will find a good selection on site. You can take a great walk, jog - and do water sports right ☺️ outside the door! A great school for kitesurfing, sup and wingfoil is a few steps further on the campsite - and there is also a cute beach bar for a drink at sunset. Everything is great. We'd love to come back!
