The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach ( 800 m), in the middle of Warnemünde. In a few minutes you can reach the promenade, harbor; train station (ice) or market. Cafe's and shopping are just a few meters away. Stable wifi (100 MB upload). Dogs are welcome (at extra cost) Professional stays are only available for 4 days or more (seminars, training, work meetings, trade fair, business people, trainees, apprentices, students.. ), private ones can be booked for 30 days or more.

Die Surfkoje42 {Tiny Edition} in Warnemünde ist die kleine Schwester der großen Surfkoje, die seit über 2 Jahren Gäste aus ganz Europa ostseeglücklich macht. In 3-5 Minuten bist du auch von hier zu Fuß am Strand, am Supermarkt oder im Park. Rostock ist nur wenige Km entfernt. Dieses kleine Raumwunder {genau hinter unserem Surfshop} ist liebevoll und urindividuell eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 2 Erwachsene sowie 2 kleine Kinder {1 Familienbett 180x200 und 1 Ausziehbett 70x160}.

Small, cosy, practical, perfectly located holiday apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, it is looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!
