Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Warnemunde-Hafen

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, bright and stylishly furnished apartment. The occasion of our stay was my brother's wedding, to which we arrived with my parents. The apartment immediately felt like its own home – cozy, friendly and designed with a lot of love for detail. Especially nice: the bride got ready in the apartment on the wedding day, and the atmosphere was so special that incredibly beautiful photos were taken. As a former Doberan, I highly recommend this accommodation: it is very centrally located on one of the main streets, yet it is pleasantly quiet in the apartment. We would come back anytime!

Arno is a likable person and a fantastic host! All communication, personal and digital, was extremely pleasant! He proactively inquired about my satisfaction during my stay and asked if I needed anything else. I would particularly like to mention his courtesy and flexibility (e.g. the subject of a second parking space). His recommendations for places and local offers were also very helpful. The place is really great and exactly met my expectations. I was positively surprised by the good coffee and the well-equipped kitchen. Nothing is missing here! I was visiting Rostock and working there. Working at the desk was very comfortable, there is enough space and even a USB hub. The mattress is very comfortable and the TV offers Netflix and Prime as a smart TV (own subscription required), the WiFi is stable and fast enough for video conferencing. Overall very quiet despite direct street location

We were completely satisfied! Plenty of space and everything clean. Location was perfect anyway. Towels, bed linen, washing machine incl. Dryer, vacuum cleaner... everything is there! We have been vacationing in Warnemünde for years and have of course already experienced some cases that were not worth their money. We will definitely book this spot again.

We were completely satisfied. The apartment is very nice and clean. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was early and uncomplicated. Andreas even provided us with extra kitchen utensils so we could bake cakes for our daughter's birthday. We always received a response to our inquiries very promptly. We can fully recommend the apartment:-)

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st email. The apartment is well equipped, very well maintained and very close to the beach. Even the underground car park looked like new. Communication with the hosts was exemplary again. We'll be back for sure.

Very cozy and top equipped cottage, wonderfully quiet place to relax, view from the balcony of the Bodden a dream, well-kept property. Communication with landlords very nice, Chec in complete with key box without complications. Born is quietly located on the Bodden, beautiful quiet place, bakery 5 minutes, many excursions also by bike. The place is highly recommended!

We had a great stay. Check-in was super flexible and we came to a cozy cottage where we felt right at home. For the dogs there was a basket with blankets and towels and our four-legged friends also felt right at home. From the property we could go directly into the forest and take beautiful walks. The neighbors were very nice and gave us a friendly welcome. There is a parking space right outside the front door and the nearest shopping is not too far away by car. Great place to recover from everyday life.

The house is very well equipped, everything is clean and with ample space. There is a lot of space for two in the sauna, but also with four adults. On the two terraces you can enjoy the sun at noon and in the evening. The surrounding cottages are not bothered. You're still on your own. It is less than a 5-minute walk to Bodden. We will be happy to come back!

There were 4 of us staying for a weekend. We didn't know what to expect, but we were absolutely thrilled. Location is quiet but still close to the water. Also, the amenities and design are just super modern and simple. In addition, all the utensils that were available are to be commended, whether in the kitchen up to the games. In summary, it was really beautiful and we loved being there. ~Thank you so much

We stayed at Joerg's place for a month. We really liked the location in a quiet area just a short walk from the old town of Wismar and not much further to the harbour area. There are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk. The house has been renovated, keeping many of the original features but with modern conveniences. It is nice and cosy. The beds were firm but comfortable, the sofa is really comfy and the shower is powerful. Be aware that the stairs are steep. The house was very clean and when we had a problem with one of the toilets Joerg arranged for it to be repaired the next day. We enjoyed exploring Wismar and the local area. Joerg provided us with loads of useful information about sights, restaurants, where to park etc. Communication before and during our stay was excellent. We would stay again if we were in the area.

There were two of us staying in the Goldmarie with our dog. The pretty house is located in a cottage settlement outside the village of Zierow. The decor of the house is tasteful and cozy. It is equipped with everything you need. In low season, the settlement was hardly inhabited, so it was also very quiet. The Baltic Sea is a 15-minute walk away. The “dog beach” is a real natural beach. The Baltic Sea is very shallow at this point and is only suitable for swimming to a limited extent. By car, however, you can quickly reach Boltenhagen on a wide, long sandy beach. You can also quickly reach a small shopping center with all the usual markets by car.

Airbnb is sometimes like a game of chance. With Regina and Ingo, you hit the bullseye. Both are excellent hosts. Ingo's welcome alone was incredibly warm. The guest house is located directly on the self-occupied green property of Regina and Ingo. It is very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need on vacation. The view from the sofa directly into the garden is pure relaxation. The bed in the upper area is super comfortable and the linens are beautiful and soft. There are no street lights and no car noise that could disturb you. The area around Dobin has something special. The wavy, partly hilly landscape with its brick houses, the many waters and the friendly people make it easy to find the right thing for you. The cities of Wismar and Schwerin with their beautiful architecture invite you to stroll and linger. We liked it so much that we booked it again right away.

We found everything as described and clean in the apartment and felt very comfortable there. The fact that the beach can be reached in a few steps makes the accommodation something special. Mathias is a very nice host. Would love to come again.

We had a great time at Sebastian and Odin's apartment. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Everything was also available for our little one (crockery, books, high chair, handcart and more) We felt right at home. We would come back anytime.

We immediately felt at home in Dagmar's place. It really had everything (and much more). The apartment was larger than expected from the pictures and thus offers plenty of space - even for luggage. There was nothing missing. The surroundings are very quiet and for us it was a great starting point for many nice bike rides through the Schwerin lake landscape and a visit to Schwerin itself. Schwerin is easily accessible both by car (15 minutes) and by bike (40/45 minutes). The city is beautiful and worth checking out. Especially the beautiful castle. By the way, you can also go shopping there very well. Dagmar is an extremely nice and lovely hostess. It was nice to meet her. We say thank you again to you.

The apartment offered everything we needed. Very well equipped kitchen, two cozy common areas and a wonderful view of the countryside. Günter is a super friendly host who is quick to respond. We made us feel very well looked after.

This place was perfect. Great location, quiet, clean and local enough to shops and restaurants. Close to Wismar too. Had everything we needed. Great apartment and stay!

The apartment is practical and nicely furnished. It is very quiet and you have a good starting position for things to do.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment in mid-April. From Wischuer we were able to reach different places that we wanted to see quite easily and quickly. There was also plenty of shopping and not too far away. The apartment was very clean and cozy. It was just a pity that the sauna was not usable at the moment, but the host informed us about this before arrival. Other information was also very well communicated. The people in the village also met us kindly. So we can absolutely recommend this place without restrictions.

Ilona and Karsten were amazing hosts! I had such a lovely and easy time there. The house was also amazing and so peaceful :) I would recommend anyone planning to visit Rostock!
