In five minutes, you can reach the city, public transport, city harbour, restaurants and Doberaner Platz with several cafés, bakers, butchers, a drugstore, pharmacy and chill-out areas in the student district (KTV). Playgrounds and football pitches are also in the immediate vicinity.

Flooded with light, in the attic, looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Dogs are always welcome with me!
