Travel time between 20 - 45 mins, depending on time of day. Bath - Around 10 Miles. 25 - 45 Mins. Happy to answer anything else!

Gran’s Cottage is a beautiful three bedroom cottage dating from 1890, fully modernised & refurbished. We can accommodate upto 5 guests in our stonebuilt cottage. Log Burner (logs provided), UNLIMITED WiFi, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, TV & PlayStation provided. A fantastic fully stocked local shop 5 minutes walk and a great local pub 5 minutes walk away. Please note, the cottage has a large walk in shower, but no Bath. Entry to the property by lockbox. New Barn, Dyrham, Near Bath.

New Barn is located in the yard of our family farm, we are conveniently located between Bath and Bristol, 5 minutes from the M4, junction 18. Work space with WiFi. We are in a very handy location for those of you visiting the Badminton horse trials. Renovations have been carried out with love and care by master builders, it has all of the modern comforts you would expect from a hotel suite but retains the rustic charm of a Cotswold Stone barn with vaulted ceilings and exposed oak beams.

Comfortable cosy flat near Bath and Bristol

The flat is cosy, light and homely. There’s 3 heaters in the annexe for chilly evenings. Tea/coffee/sugar/towels are complimentary. It is around 7miles into Bath/Bristol where there is ample car parking. Bus service to Bath/Bristol are 100yrds of flat. A car is recommended for supplies. Please let us know if your car is large so we can advise parking on our drive. The nearest station is Keynsham which is a 10min drive/30min walk. Tv is available with Netflix and all sports channels

Welcome to The Cabin, a separate & peaceful annex

The property is warm and cosy and set in a secure setting in the countryside in between Bristol and Bath. It's a separate annex that comes with a fully equipped kitchen and en suite shower room. A great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful night's sleep without interruption. We're just 15 minutes' drive from Bath Park and Ride, which is 10 minutes from the centre of Bath. Oh and if you would like a freshly laid free range egg for you to cook for your breakfast, just ask.

Peaceful trio of rooms with garden view & parking

Trio of rooms which are part of our home, yet separate, where guests can relax and feel at home. Shops and restaurants are a few minutes’ walk away, but guests can prepare light meals at home if they prefer. We are a five minute drive from the M32 which in turn links up with the M4 and M5 motorways. There is parking on the property. Bristol Parkway station is a 10 minute drive away and we are served by buses to Bath, Parkway Station, and to the city centre.

A fantastic self contained ground floor Annexe conveniently situated in a quiet residential area and in close proximity to the Bristol & Bath Science Park, Emersons Green Hospital, NCC, UWE and MOD. It has plenty of free street parking. Easily accessible to the cycle path and the metrobus, providing efficient links to Bristol City Centre. Local amenities within walking distance include a range of shops, pharmacy, cafes/ restaurant and a David Lloyd gym.

Located between Bristol and Bath this stay is the perfect base for sight seeing in the south west. Alternatively it’s everything you need for a romantic mini break. Inside a microwave, gas hob with whistling kettle and fridge with freezer to prepare meals. A sofa, smart tv, WiFi to kick back and relax inside with a view of the field where often deer and even a hedgehog are seen. Outdoor seating area to relax outside

Cosy Coach House - half way between Bristol & Bath

Welcome to the Warmley Coach House. This Coach House is newly renovated - it sits at the back of our property. Very private and separate from our main house. You have your own front door and pathway up to the property. The Coach House is cosy and stylish, with a brand new Kitchen and Bathroom with waterfall shower.
