In our cozy country house apartment on the edge of the village you can relax wonderfully and enjoy “life in the country.” Whether for a break from everyday stress, for creative work in the home office in the countryside or for visiting friends and family, you will not lack anything in Hörste. The village-famous “Villa Kunterbunt,” from 1911, once housed the Hörste post office. At that time, the apartment served as a stable for the stagecoach.

Old building charm for individualists

You will stay in the middle of Warendorf's old town in a beautiful old half-timbered house. On the ground floor is a quaint, cozy restaurant and the city center and market square are within a minute's walk. Treat yourself to some time for yourself and visit our retreat hut. Our retreat cabin is adjacent to our country hostel and has a view of wide meadows and beautiful sunsets. Even in winter, our cabin is comfortably and warmly heated. On request, a small campfire can be made in front of the cabin.
