Hotel holiday rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

My friends and I had a fantastic time and were comfortable at The Chateau. Prior to our arrival, Michael was very responsive to questions. At the time of arrival, Wilson was extremely helpful and friendly. Other folks working at The Chateau were lovely and warm. It's a great location, allowing us to walk to almost every destination we hoped to visit. The outdoor space was so comfortable, and other guests were respectful. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely consider The Chateau for future visits to New Orleans!

Had a fabulous family Christmas vacation at this Airbnb! Wilson was the on site property manager/concierge and he was accessible, responsive, friendly and communicated wonderfully to any concerns we had. Bathrooms and kitchen were well done. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable with good bedding. Fun to stay in a famous chef’s previous home. Courtyard was wonderful - we spent a lot of time out there. Our only disappointment was that the pool and hot tub was unavailable from our first day through our second to last day. That was a top amenity priority for me in choosing this property. Wilson, was diligent in getting it fixed and communicating about the status, however. I would certainly return here for future visits to New Orleans!

This place was absolutely amazing. Hosts were great, and I had an amazing time Super Bowl week. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home and excellent location. Walking distance to Frenchmen Street and French Quarter. Starbucks and Market right across the street. Highly recommend. Host was very accommodating and friendly.

We were in town for the New Orleans Poetry Festival—(Check it out! Happens every year!) which just so happened to line up with French Quarter Fest. PERFECT spot for walking to French Quarter / the awesomeness of the neighborhood in general—legit a 6-7 minute walk to the local food co-op / arts zone / yoga / healthiness that is the New Orleans Healing Center. (I’d highly recommend checking it out!) Very clean :) Very quiet as well! Despite being in such close proximity to the busy-ness outside! I was impressed. Beautiful garden—with amazing spots to swing and chat and hang. Hosts were very accommodating/kind in terms of our schedule! Absolutely plan on staying again! Notes: Parking def a bit tricky. Might’ve been cuz we were coming in during Festival weekend? If you’re coming in at evening—be prepared to hunt for a spot. Also, the hot tub was not working the entire weekend 😞 We’re poets. We get that stuff breaks hah! Merci beaucoup—much gratitude to the hosts for sharing space ?

This place is great and super clean! I would definitely stay again! The staff is really helpful and nice. Great area! Best place!

The house and service and attention to detail were wonderful. The only small issue was a leaky faucet in the bathroom with the hot tub.

Christian was a great host. The place was exactly as described. Located perfect walking distance to everything. You are 4 blocks from Bourbon. Key cards at hotel were not up to par. We were locked out 3 times, but was always taken care of and had nothing to do with Christian as a host.

Just wanted to share our fantastic experience at the ARBB we stayed at. We absolutely loved the pool and the charming units. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Wilson, who went out of his way to take care of us during our stay. Check-in and checkout were smooth and hassle-free. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and within walking distance to just about anything. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

This location is wonderful! It’s so quaint and cozy, and the front staff were so welcoming! The room was the perfect size for three people and my dog, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting. The restaurant also looked cozy! My only thing was the a/c didn’t get as cool as we would have liked. It wasn’t horrible but it was very humid outside so it was hard for it to lower the temp. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Only real gripe I have about it is the floor wasn’t really clean. Don’t walk around bare foot in your room. Other than that, it was fantastic. Location is safe, property is secure and the staff are very helpful. Would definitely stay there again. Prefect for a small group of people wanting to stay outside of the busyness of NOLA.

Me and my family came in town for a wedding and this place was perfect we loved the fact that it was hotel style but we could still all be together but the best part is that each room had its own bathroom which made it super easy to get dressed whit a large group the pool area was so pretty and the club next door made it a blast we could literally walk next door to the events they were having and didn’t have to worry about driving to far after drinking location was also very close to the French Quarter

Spent a week in New Orleans with my wife - the location is great right next to bourbon street it was super easy to go out and run back to the hotel quickly and go back out again. Clean and nice, no bugs. Updated and modern. Full kitchen.

The location was beautiful and close to everything we wanted to visit. The pool and other accomodations were very nice. I would recommend they list that the pool is not for kids during the day since it's more of an adult setting. We made it work, so no biggie.

Place was great ! Very updated and close to everything. We were extremely impressed by the rooms. Everyone had their own suite which includes a private bathroom.

Lovely pool area, easy location to walk around Garden District or get the street car into the French Quarter and friendly staff. Fantastic open mic night (every Wednesday) in the bar, so much local talent and made the trip feel extra special. Also, the bed was huge and probably the comfiest bed we’d ever slept in. Perfect for a short city break!

The room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Within walking distance to the convention center and Gus's Chicken (the most important perk). We really appreciated the washer/dryer in unit.

Our staycation at Copper Vine Inn was a dream! As New Orleans locals, we desperately needed a date night amidst summer kid chaos, and this was pure bliss. Dinner at Copper Vine was amazing: fantastic cocktails, delicious wine, and appetizers like tuna tartar, beet salad, and carrots were our absolute favorites. Entrees and dessert were equally perfect. The European-inspired atmosphere felt like our early dating days – a rare chance to connect without distractions. Being able to simply walk upstairs to our incredible, spacious room was the best part. It boasted beautiful decor, a great bathtub, thoughtful snacks, wine, macaroons, and a lovely welcome letter. Truly a one-night, five-star honeymoon! The location is ideal, walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, and the French Quarter. We woke up asking, "When can we come back?" Do yourself a favor and book Copper Vine Inn – you won't be disappointed! It was a perfect New Orleans Escape!

We booked this listing for my bachelorette stay. Overall we had an amazing stay! The backyard space is the highlight of the rental by being large and welcoming. This house has 5 bedrooms with 5 full beds, 4 futons, and one pull out couch. We comfortable slept 16 but couldn't have realistically fit any additional guests. We did request blow up mattresses to go on top of each futon and this was a game changer as far as comfortability goes. The hosts were very responsive and had maintenance on site within 30 minutes for any issues or deliveries needed. Overall, the hospitality was unmatched making this stay a 5 star rating.

It’s been a long time since a rental lived up to the host’s description and photos but this gem did everything it promised and more. We absolutely loved the house and the interior decor, along with its proximity to everything on our itinerary.

The location is exactly what you need be it your first time in the city, or you've been here before. The place is really cozy and has everything you need. It has its own nice charm and is rather peaceful, with the cozy backyard. The host is responsive and gives great instructions and recommendations. I would definitely stay there again. It was my pleasure.

The Iris Motel was the perfect spot for our travels in New Orleans. Our trip was short so we didn't get to use the pool, however we will be sure to book again if we are ever in the area!
