This cottage is the original School House alongside the now retired Woodbank School at Clarence. Situated in the beautiful Clarence Valley 30 minutes north up the Kaikoura coast . Great walks, Biking, mountain bike Park at Middle Hill, Raft the Clarence River, fish at the river mouth, swim or surf on the coast, 20 minutes to The Store at Kekerengu, or the numerous cafes in Kaikoura. View the seals at colony 10 minutes down the coast...Or you can sit back and read a book and listen to the birds.

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. Enjoy the comforts of home by being able to drive into the garage with internal access, full kitchen, laundry, separate guest toilet, master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. Walk around the property and nearby walking tracks and use our guest bikes to explore the surrounding area. Wifi and full Sky Satellite TV.
