The small apartment of about 35 m² in the beautiful pilgrimage town of Kleinenberg (Paderborn district) is barrier-free, with a shower room and small kitchen. The garden with playground equipment (table tennis, swing, trampoline...) is available for our holiday guests. Here between the Egge Mountains and Teutoburg Forest, there are many beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The swimming pool is 7 km away. Paderborn is 20 minutes away and Kassel is 40 minutes away by car. An express bus runs several times a day to Warburg and Paderborn.

Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. Our guest apartment is lovingly decorated, is located on the mezzanine floor of an old building and is about 50 square meters. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a 160 x 200 double bed. In the living room there is a 90 x 190 bed next to the sofa. In the courtyard there are some cozy seating areas. The historic city center, supermarket and train station are within walking distance. In the courtyard there is a parking space available for your car.

A fully equipped 82 sqm apartment for 7 people with garden and cozy. garden lounge. The accommodation, including The outdoor area can be fully used. The master bedroom has 2 single beds, 180 × 200 and a sofa bed 140 × 200. The bed in the second bedroom is 140 × 200. Each room has a desk and Wi-Fi. The apartment has an equipped kitchen, a large bathroom with shower and sauna. There is also a folding bed 90 × 200, a children's travel bed 60 × 120, and a highchair.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

Loft with garden, core city

Hello :-) The apartment is very centrally located. In 5 minutes you can walk to the city. There is a supermarket in 2 minutes' walking distance and for working out there is a sports field and tennis court 300 m away. The beautiful Warburg forest swimming pool is about 600 m away, surrounded by a great forest where you can jog or walk, and that is right on our beautiful river the Diemel. Warburg is an absolute local recreation area :-) Welcome!

Hytte Willingen - Cozy wooden hut in the uplands

We are happy to present our second hut called "Hytte". Cozily furnished in Willingen-Bömighausen, it will delight you. Surrounded by forest, meadows and pastures, this charming place is not only suitable for recreation and relaxation. In addition to its ideal starting point for hiking (Uplandsteig), cycling and excursions to the beautiful region, it is only a few kilometers away from the Willingen ski area. Dogs are welcome! (€30 per stay)

The ground floor apartment is modern and stylishly furnished - ideal for couples or individuals. The apartment was completely rebuilt and furnished in April 2019. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
