Highly recommend this apartment. Very kind and accommodating. Doesn’t require ridiculous check in procedures like your drivers licence or needing you to ask permission for any visitors you may have. They were amazing going out of their way to come check on me when I had slipped on the bathroom tiles. The slippery tiles have been fixed now with non slip solution so there is absolutely no risk for slipping now. They even gave us a dinner voucher as they felt so bad for my fall. They didn’t have to do that and it was very much appreciated. Not many hosts would care enough to do that. Beautiful genuine people who care about their guests and want to make you feel right at home. The apartment was spacious and beautiful. Awesome kitchen. Great Italian restaurant downstairs but best to book a table as they get really busy. Great coffee at stoa. Thank you so much for having us stay

This a compact unit but with everything we needed. It only has a slight sea view if you stand on the balcony but is otherwise very well positioned. We used our GoCards by train to Landsborough then the connector bus (no. 615) to the bus stop less than 200 metres from the unit. And just 50 cents for the whole journey each! Only one block from the Esplanade where are many restaurants. The 600 bus takes you north to Maroochydore where you can shop at Sunshine Plaza, go to the movies etc or south to Caloundra. A great stay, we would happily stay again.

A great spot to stay if you want to be in the centre of things. Central to supermarkets and restaurants. We just wanted to stop and chill. It rained most of the time so stop we did. The most comfortable beds and pillows. Just the best. Sleep at the front if you want white noise or in the rear if you like more quiet. Really appreciated all the little things in the cupboards and cleaning items. Shower great. Fabulous fridge with never ending ice. Pool lovely on the one day we could visit it. Michelle’s communications were great and very responsive.

Fantastic experience! The space was better than described and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was great- not far from everything. The views were spectacular. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks again for a great stay!

This is an absolute cracker of a find, the unit is 5 star and host Christine has catered for everything with a lovely welcome basket of goodies and all the basics provided for your stay. The linens are beautiful quality. The view from the patio is picture perfect and we enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the lake and out to the ocean and evening drinks watching the ships sail past. The complex has a great outdoor pool and lounge area which we enjoyed each afternoon. Christine also provides heaps of recommendations on where to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Our stay coincided with the cyclone hitting SE Queensland so we had to leave a day early to head home and secure our house and Christine immediately offered to refund us that day, which is amazing and extremely kind. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Whilst we only required a bed overnight, Sofie’s place provided us with a home full of everything you could possibly need. Short walk to entertainment and food. Showers were hot, linen beautifully white and clean. Great sized TV. Aircon in both bedroom and Lounge worked a treat on a cold winters night. Whilst the building and stairs are an older, care and consideration is taken on the inside not only giving functionality but comfort and practicality. The couch is not a pull out bed. It is the bed the couch it is pulled out to access pillows and blanket, yet Was very comfortable to sleep on.

Just spent wonderful 10 days at Helen’s place. Apartment is comfortable, clean and close to the beach. Very well equipped kitchen, has literally everything you might need. Helen responded to us very quickly every time we needed help. Building very well maintained and although there’s some construction close by, we couldn’t hear any noise from her apartment!! One of the best AirBNB’s we stayed so far.

We arrive just on sunset and found our way in very easily following the instructions provided. What we noticed most was we felt right at home as soon as we entered. The unit had comfortable furnishing and everything was easy to find. There were plenty of extra bits like lighter blankets for the beds that made it just that little bit nicer. While it was a short stay this time we will be back I am sure.

A wonderful long Easter weekend break spent at an even better place. Location was amazing, walking distance to everything with our kids (8 & 4) having no issues. Playground so close to the apartment as well as the beach, restaurants and Coles. We were very welcomed with so many little thoughtful details in the apartment. Everyone slept comfortably in our beds and we rate cleanliness highly. Couldn’t have asked for a better time away and kids are already planning their next stay. Thank you so much for making our holiday unforgettable.

Great location close to cafes and restaurants. Beautiful beach across the road, playground and access to warm pool and gym. Cutlery/plates weren’t particularly clean lacking everyday essentials such as salt. Kitchen appliances are so fancy that were hard to use

I had a beautiful 2-night solo getaway at this Kings Beach unit and it was just what I needed to unwind. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is amazing—just a short stroll to the beach and cafes, but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Would definitely return next time I need a little solo recharge :)

Amazing place to stay! The apartment was super clean & tidy. Loved the furniture/decor 😍 Thoroughly enjoyed our time here & would recommend to everyone!! The only slight problem we had was when we were trying to access the letterbox/lock box. Instructions said pull but it’s more of a “flick out” but Rita was very responsive when we message for help! Overall loved this place & we will be back! ☺️

Beautiful apartment. Very spacious and well worth the price paid. One thing worth noting is that they do ask for a copy of your drivers licence, a selfie and permission for any visitors you may have. I did voice my concerns about these requirements and not having these things clearly explained in their listing to which they were understanding and kindly waived the requirements for us. Hopefully they remove those requirements for anyone staying as I usually find those kind of requirements a turn off and won’t book in places that request these things. Other than that everything at this apartment is amazing. Absolutely perfect location. Great view from the balcony up high on the 8th floor. Great having a secure carpark underneath the building and plenty of visitor car parking under the building also. The building has an intercom system with secure fob for entry into the building. We loved our stay - unit was spacious, clean and all immediately felt at home. A lovely water view and large patio. Super comfy main bedroom with large bed. Walkable to Mooloolaba. Such accommodating, responsive and kind hosts!! Highly recommend, would stay again next time we’re on the sunny coast.

Great stay, Lisa had excellent communication and was a great host. Enjoyed our stay and being so close to Hastings street/beach.

this is our second stay and again absolutely loved being here we will 100% be return guests it's a home away from just 1 million times better. Amazing stay with small kids - the apartment comes with everything you need from someone who knows toddlers. From baby wash and bath toys, kids toilet seat, plastic cutlery and plates, toys, puzzles and colouring books, spare sheets for the portacot, beach trolley and sand toys. The kids loved the waterpark, the jumping pillow and feeding their leftover chips to the eel in the restaurant fishpond. The washing machine and dryer were great, the dishwasher and kitchen facilities were perfect, the couch is comfy, the main bed is a king, and being on the top floor at the end limited the noise from other apartments. Having two bathrooms was a luxury. We loved the resort facilities and the short stroll to the beach. Highly recommended!

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

Great location, easy access and parking. Very homely and also catered for our 22 month old, with portable cot and a variety of toys. Would stay again if down this way and certainly recommend this accomodation

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️
