Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. Our secluded house is conveniently located 100 meters to shops and amenities, including a fantastic butcher, bakery, fruit market, coffee shop, sushi restaurant, chemist, and BWS. Undercover parking for two cars and plenty of street parking is available. Free WIFI.

Purpose built very quiet, separate one bedroom vila. Queen plus sofa bed sleeps 4 with enclosed timber deck, high fenced garden in a quiet safe neighbourhood. Everything for your exclusive use. 4 min stroll past the water and boardwalk to Kawana ShoppingWorld with V Max /Gold Class cinema, countless choices of restaurants and Kawana harbourside tavern. 12 min walk to beach. Parrearra (Buddina) is better known as Kawana Waters and is 8 mins drive to Mooloolaba. No pets

Your location is only 5 minutes drive to shopping at the Sunshine Plaza and Maroochydore, Mooloolaba beaches are close by as well (5-7km). Buderim Waterfalls are a 10 minute walk and other attractions like Australia Zoo, Sea life Mooloolaba, Ginger Factory, TreeTop challenge -Big Pineapple are within a 30 minute drive.
