The apartment with separate entrance is located in the basement of our single-family house in the beautiful district of Tübingen-Pfrondorf. The approx. 37 m² non-smoking apartment has a hallway, bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), and a kitchenette in the large dining and bedroom. It is equipped with floor heating, controlled ventilation system, WiFi and TV. The bus connections in a 15-minute walk. Cycle, in Tübingen city traffic are excellent. Rest in nature is right outside.

Our lovingly designed apartment is part of our house built in 2016. The entrance is separate and leads through a beautifully planted atrium. The living environment is very warm and cosy thanks to the many wooden pieces of furniture and the real wood parquet. Mood lighting and underfloor heating invite you to relax and feel comfortable. The apartment is optimised for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 2 more people on the sofa if necessary.

Welcome to the modernly converted and lovingly furnished 41 m² large and bright flat in a quiet residential area in Kusterdingen. The non-smoking flat offers a spacious dining and kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, a cosy bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 2m) and a sitting area with TV and Wi-Fi to relax. All rooms can be completely darkened. The bathroom is modernly furnished with shower, WC and washbasin.
