We rent a cozy apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The studio consists of kitchen-living room and living-bedroom with extra bathroom. The spacious south-facing terrace with access to the garden will be particularly appreciated.

At the foot of the Wank , approx. 48 m ² apartment in the heart of Partenkirchen with mountain views and south balcony. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is new and modern furnished. The apartment is located directly on the forest and you can reach the hiking trail to the fir hut (popular hut on the Sonnenberg Wank) in 5 minutes. The location is quiet, right on the mountain. The shops on Ludwigstraße can be reached within a short walk. You can reach the bakery or discount shop in 2 minutes by bike.

My flat is ubicated in a quiet and modern, alpine residential area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, close to the Historical Center, just on the bottom of the mountain Wank. A huge balcony is providing sun from early morning to sunset, if it is not snowing :-) You can start hiking tours directly from my home, find cute cafés and restaurants within 5min walking distance, as well as supermarkets, gas station and nice little shops. If you come for alpine skiing, Garmisch Classic is only 2 km away.
