Sleeping places in the countryside, bakery, homestay

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air, free spirit and are open to guests. The bakery with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and timeless comfort is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophise, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, pure reduction! Adventure instead of luxury.

Vacation in the countryside

On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

Vacation home “Gina” on the edge of the forest

The idyllically located vacation home with a size of about 50 m² has a living room with open kitchen, bathroom, bedroom with space for 4 people and a dining area. The cottage is located in the climatic health resort of Finsterbergen directly on the edge of the forest in a small bungalow settlement. Because of its location it provides an ideal starting point for hikes (Rennsteig). The leisure pool with mini golf and volleyball and a tennis court are about 200 m away.

Small but nice apartment in a quiet location

Our apartment is next to the Schmirgelwerk in Wanfried and thus exactly on the Werra. Ideal if you are a guest at the Schmirgelwerk, practical for cyclists but also ideal as a mechanic's apartment. The house offers a small garden with seating and a grill. Bed linen is provided. The apartment has a kitchen, stove, oven is there. The apartment is centrally located, short walks to markets and beer gardens. Quiet and cozy, and clean. Not suitable for allergy sufferers.

If you are looking to enjoy camping life without the hassle of bringing your own camping gear. Not to mention setting it up ;-) then this cute Tiny house at my campsite at the river side may be just what you are looking for! It's cute, cosy and has a proper queen size bed. As I have m only recently moved the Tiny house right onto the riverside, the photo's are from this spring. I will update them throughout the year to give you a better impression.

Modern guest house "Seenah" and close to the city

The annex was completely expanded in 2019. It has become a real gem and we are pleased to offer this modern guest apartment in a prime location. In the immediate vicinity is the swimming lake at the leisure center, but Lake Werra is also just a short walk away. On the way there is an EDEKA supermarket. And the city center of Eschwege can also be reached in 25 minutes on foot. Around Grebendorf there are a number of hiking and cycling trails.

The cottage is quietly located between pasture and the edge of the forest, right by the Hoher Meissner hiking area. 7.5 km from the Heilbad Sooden-Allendorf an der Werra. On 60 m² there are two bedrooms with double beds, a living room with a cozy fireplace and sofa bed as well as a well-equipped kitchen and shower room. Holiday apartment "Zum Rosenborn" - Wanfried

Visit the beautiful half-timbered town of Wanfried in northern Hesse. Wanfried is located in the Werra-Meissner district and borders Thuringia. Here you can hike, walk, cycle, swim, canoe on the Werra or sit comfortably in a nearby beer garden. Our apartment is completely refurbished, equipped with a new kitchen and a new bathroom. Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

We offer a guest room for 1-2 people, extension up to 4/5 people in a separate room. The room is located on the upper floor and is about 20 m². In the room there is a small bathroom with toilet and shower. A fully equipped kitchen is also available. In the house there are 2 very nice dogs and occasionally a cat. Seating areas with a barbecue are available in the courtyard.

Spacious loft in Eisenach near the Wartburg

This special loft impresses with its modern style that matches the building from the 1920s. From this quietly located accommodation, you can take beautiful hikes to the nearby Wartburg or through the Thuringian Forest or explore the city. However, it is also suitable as a comfortable workplace.
