At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Wamberal Weekender Beachside Apartment

Our apartment backs on to Wamberal Beach, with direct access at the rear of the property (via stairs). It's the perfect spot for swimming, surfing and fishing. The apartment is suitable for couples and families. It has two bedrooms and sleeps 4 adults comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen. Internal laundry. WiFi, Foxtel and Netflix. There are some great cafes and restaurants across the road, more in Terrigal 1km away. Other offerings in walking distance include Spoon Bay and Wamberal lagoon.

Beach at doorstep, easy stroll into terrigal and wamberal. Walk along the beach or along the walking path. This is perfect for a romantic or surfing holiday. Right in front of ruins a famous surf break in terrigal. Lake on one side and ocean on the other so fish, swim or paddle on either side. Walk on the beach and watch sunrise or watch sunsets from the shared balcony. * Please note our quiet times are 9pm to 9am and we do not allow events or parties This is the perfect getaway to chill

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

If you're looking for somewhere out of the ordinary, in an outstanding location just minutes walk to the beach, and a little more special than the rest, you will not be disappointed.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

The River House, Coba Point

The River House is a unique, off grid water access only sanctuary featuring indoor/outdoor living and dining areas and it’s own private deep water pontoon and beach.
