Conveniently located to Terrigal beach and Erina shopping centre. Studio 11 is a quiet, light and spacious, self-contained accommodation attached to our home on half an acre of garden and lawns. Perfect for a weekend break, midweek or longer getaway. Providing an ideal seaside holiday destination where you can relax or enjoy the sights, scenery and attractions. You will be centrally located between Sydney ( up to 60- 90 minutes ) and The Hunter Valley wine region (around 2 hours).

Sunny’s Place

Sunny’s Place is located in Lisarow, on the beautiful Central Coast. The guesthouse is a small studio with an ensuite that is equipped with most things you'll need for a new nights away. It is close to our family home but is a separate building with separate access. There isn't a lot to do in Lisarow but it's 5 mins from shops and M1 and 30 minutes from most places on the Central Coast, including Terrigal, The Entrance and Glenworth Valley, so a good base for your weekend away.

The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. There will be an additional fee of $160.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
