Beautiful apartment with a living-bedroom combination and a bathroom in Dortmund-Deusen, a small suburb between the Dortmund-Ems Canal and the Emscher, the most expensive river in the world. Just 300 meters away is the stop for the bus to the city center. The main train station is 12 minutes away and from there another 15 minutes to the Westfalenpark or the Signal-Iduna-Park, the home of our BVB. The local recreation area Fredenbaum can be reached on foot via the Leinpfad of the canal in 10 minutes

Modern apartment on the Haard

The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large landscape conservation area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the Waldpromenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment its name, wants to make nature accessible to hikers without disturbing natural spaces! The Haard is also ideal for great bike tours. A Netto supermarket is about 7 minutes' walk.

The Dorstfeld Süd S-Bahn station is a 2-minute walk away. Shopping (LIDL & bakery), restaurants and pubs are nearby

The Ruhrglück apartment is located in Waltrop on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Due to its direct proximity to Dortmund, the small town forms the link between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

Cozy apartment with terrace and garden. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a double room with a bed 180 × 200 cm, a single room with a bed 100 × 200 cm. The rooms can also be booked individually (see my other listings). The kitchen is fully equipped and has a coffee machine or a filter coffee machine. On the quiet, covered terrace you can enjoy your meals and sit comfortably. The bathromm has a shower.

Super nice apartment in the countryside, on the border of Dortmund-Brechten and yet (subway 300 m away) close to downtown Dortmund. Two highway feeders are 10 and 15 minutes away. By train, the city center is only 20 minutes away and the stadium and Westfalenhalle with the trade fair are 35 minutes away. As of today, we can also offer three extra beds in the attic.
