Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the vicinity Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.
