We are 3kms from Denmark town which has a great variety of coffee shops/cafes and homeware shops/galleries, 5kms from Ocean Beach and close driving distance to wineries, and areas of natural beauty such as Greens pool and Elephant rocks. We are amongst many walking/cycling tracks which will suit families and adventurers alike.

This spacious open-plan home offers Wifi, reverse-cycle air conditioning in the main space, timber flooring, a huge kitchen, 4 large bedrooms all with flooring and 2 bathrooms with full laundry facilities. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the driveway. If you need to work from home and make the most of NBN connection, you can settle in the main bedroom's computer nook.

Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Dencala

Situated on Weedon Hill, Dencala is a 5 minute drive to the town centre( or cycle in via the cycle track), 5 minutes from Ocean Beach, and 10 minutes from Lights Beach. Cosy up to the log fire in winter, have a barbie on the deck in summer. Lovely walks around the neighbourhood, including stunning views of The Inlet , and just just minutes walk to a park and bush trails The Bib Track and little River Walk and Cycle path are 3 minutes by car.
