Studio in Wallisellen - Cosy weekend stay

Not smoking only. I rent a fully furnished studio with a sleeping area, separate kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The space includes a double bed and a large sofa which easily converts to a bed. The space is very suitable for couples or solo travellers. I live in the apartment personally, and when I travel I rent it out to guests to enjoy their private space. There is a wardrobe partly occupied with my clothes. Connections to Zurich downtown and the airport are convenient by public transport.

Our studio is located at the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in wardrobe provides enough storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bathroom completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio includes a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

Our heating works with heat from the earth and we are almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof.
