We offer you a well-kept, comfortable DG apartment (built in 2001) with two bedrooms in an absolutely quiet, sunny location and a south-facing balcony with a magnificent alpine panorama. The additional bedroom is included for 3 or more people. Two people can optionally rent the additional bedroom for an extra €8/day. Please just make a preliminary inquiry. I will then submit a host offer. The same applies to children < 2 years of age; a host offer is also necessary here.

A nice bedroom with a double bed, a living/dining room with a sleeping area thanks to a sofa bed with a topper and a large, cozy bedroom in the duplex style in the basement with two more double beds ensure a relaxing vacation for the whole family. The apartment is rounded off by a bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen.

Our cozy apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an integrated sitting area, a bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. In addition, the apartment has two wonderful balconies where you can marvel at the mountains. A parking space right in front of the house is free of charge. Charging stations for electric vehicles are at the beginning of the street. Towels and bed linen are provided by us.

The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.
