Das Haus, eignet sich perfekt für bis zu 4 Personen als Urlaubsort oder für Workcation am traumhaften Wallersee. Das Haus liegt direkt am Seeufer und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Genieß die ruhige Atmosphäre der Unterkunft. Entspanne Dich auf der Terasse, im Garten, im Yoga Raum mit Seeblick oder in der Sauna. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und es gibt einen Grill. Es stehen SUPs zur Verfügung und der direkte Seezugang bringt extra Urlaubsfeeling mit sich.

Das helle, offen gestaltete Ferienhaus im Ort Nussdorf am traumhaft schönen Attersee, bietet den idealen Rahmen für Familienferien oder Urlaub mit Freunden. Der See ist nur 7 Gehminuten entfernt, das Dorfzentrum ebenso. Schwing dich auf dein Bike und erkunde das Salzkammergut direkt von der Haustür weg. Viele Spazier- und Wanderwege starten in der Nähe. Auf der geräumigen Terrasse startest du bei einem Frühstück mit Seeblick in den Urlaubstag, und lässt ihn beim Grillabend ausklingen.

Vacation home by the creek close to the lake

The house is about 500 years old, is idyllically located by the stream and has a great view of Lake Traunsee. The newly renovated ground floor of the house is rented exclusively. Hiking, walking, enjoying nature and animals and swimming at the swimming area (400 m). 6 km away is the Feuerkogel, a small skiing and hiking area. The chickens outside the door lay large organic eggs. The neighbor's organic sheep graze in our meadows. Two, max. four guest e-bikes are available for rent.

On the first floor, you enter the guest house in a spacious anteroom (open to the upper floor), which serves as a wardrobe. On the right hand is an extra bedroom with a small bathroom (shower and toilet). (bookable from 3 people!) A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor: a gallery anteroom leads to a bedroom; a bathroom; a toilet; a spacious kitchen with dining table and then into a spacious living room. Total size approx. 140 m² (Shared use of the swimming area is permitted)
