The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

50 m from the lake shore is the "Sonnengütl," a converted old farmhouse, surrounded by a beautiful garden, facing south and the lake, located in Wengl, a quiet and very sunny location in St.Gilgen. The attic of this private house has been converted into a very special, large 115 m² apartment, with a spacious living-dining area with glass front to the covered balcony, topped by a fantastic view of the lake and the mountains.

This apartment, located on the top floor (2nd floor), has a fantastic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
