Located 5 minutes' walk from the 16th century Château d'Aubry du Hainaut, 5 minutes' drive from the Wallers-Arenberg forest and its famous Arenberg gap. 10 minutes from the center of Valenciennes.

The 38: Nature-inspired maisonette

This typical maisonette of the houses of the North of the 1930s, located in the Scarpe Escaut Regional Natural Park, has been renovated with heart to make you feel close to nature while being in the city center, close to all amenities, highways (5 min) and train station (10 min). In a fully equipped outbuilding a stone's throw from our house, come and enjoy a real cocoon designed for your relaxation. Accessible by an atypical Japanese staircase, the cozy mezzanine hosts a warm and intimate night space. Below, enjoy a private jacuzzi, a modern shower and a toilet for a comfortable stay. Les Jardins d'Olus, Nature Lodge

Decorated in a country-broc style, our eco-gîte is set up in an old sheepfold rehabilitated in an ecological way. Located in the heart of the Scarpe Escaut Regional Natural Park, the site is remarkable for its view of the wet meadows and typical willow trees of the region. The cottage is completely independent and has a large terrace and a private eco-garden, in which you can walk and get to know our chickens and ducks.
