Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Our terraced house is in a very quiet location on the northwestern outskirts of Osnabrück (near Osnabrück harbor/canal). The beautiful Rubbenbruchsee recreational area and the Heger/Natruper Holz forest areas are just a 5-minute walk away. The cozy, light-flooded apartment is separate and self-sufficient in the attic (3rd floor) and can be reached via a common house entrance (first floor).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

The A1 motorway can be reached in 3 minutes.
