Enjoy the comfort of barrier-free accessibility on the outdoor grounds, in the residential building & also inside the apartment. The building was completely renovated in 2022 and equipped to a very high specification. From 2025, you can now experience a modern renovated apartment & quality furnishings. Families are welcome!

See the sunrise from bed, watch deer and cranes from the terrace, cosy wood fire in the oven when it gets cool. Comfortable beds, mini kitchen and storage space in the car, water tap, shower, toilet, refrigerator in a solid house about 50 m away. Fire pit and barbecue area in front of the car. In order to keep the overnight price low, we give our guests the opportunity to bring their own bed linen and towels (but both can also be rented for a fee: €10 and €5 per person)

Our yurt combines the best of two worlds: the comfort of an apartment and the feeling of being close to nature, like camping. Good insulation and a fireplace ensure that you are cozy and warm. With us, you can experience the unique atmosphere of a round tent, but you don't have to do without hot water, electricity, a simple kitchen and a heated bathroom. You can relax in our large garden or on your terrace or explore the beautiful surroundings.

Relax with family/friends in this natural and lovingly furnished accommodation. In the middle of a wooded recreation area directly on the Quitzdorf reservoir is this gem with extensive amenities and enough space for up to 5 people. Whether listening to the birds in the hammock, watching the squirrel collecting nuts, enjoying the sun on the beach, rushing over the water with the surfboard or climbing the hills by bike - everything is possible!

Unsere geräumige, stilvoll, modern und umfangreich ausgestattete Wohnung ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Region, die mit ihren vielfältigen Angeboten sowohl für Naturliebhaber und Aktivurlauber als auch für Liebhaber von Geschichte, Kunst, Design und Architektur etwas zu bieten hat. Die ca. 90 m2 große Wohnung befindet sich in der zweiten OG, im Zentrum der historischen Stadt Löbau, direkt neben dem historischen Stadttor.

Villa Larix – Full wooden house directly on the nature - lake

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

In our apartments we have equipped modern & fully furnished apartments for you. There is also a sauna with a relaxation room & a games room. The common room & terrace can also be used by you. The word "resort" comes from English and means "resort". With us, resort is not a crowd, but an honest nature to relax, relax and enjoy. For landscape explorers. For recreational athletes. Surrounded by huge trees on a large plot (~1,000 square meters) with direct access to the forest, you will find enough space to breathe in peace.
