This 40-square-metre holiday apartment is situated in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided farm. When you step out of the apartment, you are immediately on the terrace that belongs to your apartment. The two beds are 1 metre wide and 2 metres long. One sofa bed is 2×2 metres, and it is very comfortable as a third bed. You can walk through the vineyards in 15 minutes and reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 metres from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. Perfect. Parking spaces and Two bicycles are provided free of charge.

Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Das Apartment bietet die beste Ausgangslage um Leipzig zu erkunden, da das Zentrum Leipzig’s mit nur 1,5 km fußläufig erreichbar ist.
