Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The completely new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

The small cottage (approx.36 sqm) WITHOUT TV, has a kitchen/living room incl. Sofa and dining area . Bedroom (1,40x2,00m) with wash basin, small wet room with toilet and shower are also on the ground floor. In the attic there are two single beds that can be easily pushed together on the carpet if necessary. To the house belongs a terrace and a garden furnished with sun loungers, barbecue, table, umbrella and garden chairs.
