Just an absolutely lovely hospitable lady, who owns a very beautiful lakeside home with a gorgeous little private space apartment she is able to share :) Susan was incredibly easy to deal with from the beginning and am glad we were able to meet her. The apartment is all it is described as, and we were very glad we chose it over an unattractive motel room for the two nights we were there. The location for what we needed, could not have been more perfect. As mentioned by others, the little touches of home kindness in an immaculately presented apartment with everything you could possibly need, was very much appreciated; and thank you Susan for being there when we needed you with our queries. What a gem of a find and will highly recommend to others.

Perfect, luxurious, well-appointed studio in what is obviously one of the most beautiful places on earth. Very private and feels secluded but is a quick drive to Cambridge which has great cafes and even better pastries. We stayed here as a base for travel to Hobbiton, Rotorua and Taupo (a two hour drive but worth it) and highly recommend the back roads - the scenery is amazing. The studio itself has everything you need, the amenities are modern and high end and the bedding is so comfortable. We struggled to leave the comfort every morning, especially with the rain. Highly recommend staying here.

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

My wife and I had an absolutely lovely stay at Andrew's place! He was incredibly friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. His place was absolutely pristine and perfectly as described in the listing. The place is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice! We would definitely come back to stay again and cannot wait for the opportunity. Thank you so much Andrew!!

Absolutely loved our stay at Roger’s guest house. The place is beautiful—peacefully nestled by the river, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Lakeview Lodge was the perfect place for our large family! I wish we had longer to stay because, WOW, it was truly spectacular! The grounds were beautifully landscaped and the views were just breathtaking. The rooms were comfortable and we all got a great night of rest between the Waitomo glow caves and the Hobbiton movie set tour. Highly recommend for families and groups!

A great location, sunny and close to parks and Cambridge, 4 Square store only a couple of blocks away. The place was clean with everything we expected. Jeanette was great with communicating any changes to check in and check out times giving us as much flexibility as possible. Highly recommended for two couples.

We have stayed at this house twice now while visiting family in Hamilton. The house is in the perfect location, very central with great views. Parking is challenging if you have a larger vehicle, but shouldn't be a problem for a smaller car. Will definitely be coming back!

Novell answered all my questions very carefully. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean and bright. The uncle and aunt were also very hospitable. We had a great chat. Although it rained in Hamilton these few days and I basically didn't go out much, the stay experience was very good and I was very happy to stay in Novell's house.

WOW!! 5-star Airbnb with a 10-star host!!! Absolutely stunning, clean and well-equipped unit. Paul was amazing, from start to finish - providing all the nice touches, local and out-of-town recommendations and he made sure, throughout our stay we had everything we needed and then some!! Stay with Paul - you will NOT be disappointed!! Definitely recommend!!!
