Holiday rentals with a patio in Waipa District

This is a great apartment that met our needs for our short stay in Hamilton. It has everything you could need and is absolutely spotless. Having two bathrooms and a secure car space is a bonus. Close enough to everything - grocery store just down the road. Highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Hamilton.

We really enjoyed our stay again. The apartment was clean, tidy and has a great layout - its very spacious and comfortable. The decor is nice too. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Te Awamutu. We heard some music from nearby bars on Saturday night, but it stopped by midnight and didn't bother us too much. Lynne and John were excellent hosts again, friendly and easy to deal with. We'd definitely stay here again!

Superb stay. Stunning cottage and absolutely immaculate. Wayne and Kim were so helpful to accommodate us (including our 19 year old daughter who decided to join us at the last minute)! We feel lucky to have found this stay and extremely grateful. Location is fantastic - right beside the lake and an easy walk into town centre.

Super super clean - lovely kitchen with everything you need - lovely soft beds and special little treat of some wine and chocolates Perfect for our needs and Chris and Kathryn were always super quick when we asked a question !

We stayed at Jackie’s place as part of a road trip. Despite MY poor communication on the day of check-in, Jackie was very professional and responsive and made a breeze. Carpark is very secure, as is the elevator to get to the apartment floor. The apartment building is very central to amazing restaurants and is a very walkable 20-25mins to FMG Stadium, where we watched the Chiefs play the Highlanders (great environment and local crowd energy!!). Hamilton is renowned for gorgeous gardens and we also made the most of our time there as well. I highly recommend this place as a way to explore Hamilton and surrounds and if available would stay again.

Waking up to such an amazing view puts me in a great mood to start the day. Cozy living room and relaxing decking area. Highly recommended!

extremely convenient place to stay at the heart of Hamilton city. Paul's instructions were very clear. really clean and spacious space. comfortable beds too.

We wanted a simple farm stay with the opportunity to have some animal feeding and enjoy a relaxing time out of the city and we got exactly what we wanted. Quiet surroundings, flexible feeding time, decent range of animals, private and extremely clean unit with everything you need and more, quick drive takes you to a nearby cafe which had fantastic food and drinks, and Woolworths was also a nearby drive. Hosts were amazing and super responsive to all our questions. Highly recommended and we hope to have the chance to stay again if we ever return to New Zealand.

Great place for our visit in Cambridge. Plenty of toys and games for the kids to play. Nice kitchen with all amenities to use and whole house felt very inviting. Nice quiet street close to the highway and the shops, even a little rural walk at the end of the street. Thank you!

The house had a very homely, fresh, welcoming feel about it. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Lovely to have views of the river and close proximity to Hamilton Gardens.

A lovely home in a great area. Close to everything… well presented and spotlessly clean. Security was good. It suited our group’s needs well. The main road was a bit noisey, but it was worth it being walking distance to town, Hamilton Gardens, food places, the river, parks, etc. Would definitely come back next time.

Great place to stay. Easy to access, close to town centre and had everything we needed.

Perfect location for where we needed to be. Very walkable 10 minute walk to town. There is a dairy a 1 minute walk across the road. Could get very hot in summer as no A/C in bedrooms, however we were comfortable enough at night and just used the A/C in lounge during the day.

We had a wonderful stay, Cath and Meg were both really friendly and kind. Our 6 year old loved all the children’s books, indoor and outdoor games. It is super family friendly, relaxing and a perfect for star gazing.

There was plenty of room for us 4 adults and the location was very convenient for Cambridge and nice and quiet. Spotless inside and beautifully furnished. Happy to return in the future.
