We are 3km’s from the heart of Havelock North and in a semi-rural location; on the main arterial road into the village. The cottage is fully self-contained and on separate grounds to our main house, which is on the adjoining property. There is even room for a caravan (with external power point)

Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Unwind in this beautiful former and fully renovated pottery shop in Otane village - only 3 minutes drive from the main highway (easy!). 25 minutes from Hastings, 40 minutes from Napier and only 30-40 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Hawkes Bay.
