Nestled at the front of our property away from the main house, a quaint but modern cottage, set in a quiet semi rural area, very central, only 10 minutes from Hastings, Havelock North and Napier. Close to many great wineries and easy access onto the stop bank to one of many of Hawkes Bay's bike trails. Clive is small town with a few amenities including a local pub, Four Square, Chemist and a couple of eateries. All main supermarkets can be found either in Hastings or Napier.

Fully renovated 1915 cottage in Napier south. Full of charm. Sunny bright back deck. 15 mins walk to centre of town. Freshly decorated. New carpets, and curtains. Napier is a Art Deco Mecca and you can enjoy wonderful wineries and dining in the Hawke’s bay sunshine. There are great walks and cycle tracks and a trip up Te Mata Peak is worth while.
