Really lovey stay. The perfect place for the occasion and a simple check-in check-out experience. Feels like a country cottage despite being on the main stretch in Amberly. Traffic noise is almost non-existent thanks to the layout of the house and the high wooden fence. The garden is fantastic too and we all wish we’d had more time to enjoy the place. Great local recommendations for food and drink too. Have already recommended to others who may be in the area in future. Thank you!

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay in Waipara! There is plenty to do around the area from vineyards to do some wine tasting to the fantastic sculpture park a short drive from the accommodation. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, we made our meals there and popped next door to the cellar door for a wine tasting and walk around the vineyard. This is the perfect spot for some peace and quiet. Great recommendations from the hosts in the welcome book. The fireplace kept us very cosy on the autumn evenings. Bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels to enjoy the outdoor bath. Thanks for our stay. We will certainly be telling others to visit!

Modern, clean large house, perfect for our grown family. Great location for our visit to family in Woodend.

We really enjoyed the stay at Kims place and felt very at home with space for our children. Only let down was we accidentally booked the wrong month and gave a month’s notice before we realised it was wrong dates booked and to get them changed over to the following month however Kim kept the deposit and we had to pay again so really was an inconvenience for me and my family and felt out of pocket.

Our family two adults and two daughters had a great mini break to this house. Even though the weather wasn’t great we found this house easy to hang out in while it rained. Lots of thoughtful touches and games and colouring for the kids along with lovely modern features. We had a great time in a lovely, warm and well equipped house. Peaceful, beautiful location. The studio is luxurious and delightfully decorated, with everything we needed being available. Perfect base for a day trip to see the magnificent whales at Kaikoura. Rangiora is only a few minutes drive away. Hope to stay again one day!

Had a very relaxing stay at this peaceful B n B set in wonderful surroundings..we felt like we were in rural France as it was very quaint and charming.We could have had a party in the bathroom..it was HUGE!
