Great location. Clean and tidy with good facilities. Single beds were a bit hard for adults but fine for children.

absolutely perfect spot, it was private and quiet, just what we needed after big days out. we were so happy to be able to take our dog too and was a great amount of space fenced off for him. will definitely book here again

This place was perfect for my family and I for just over a week. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating the place was lovely private well presented and very clean. We love the location near the beach and my daughter especially loved the horses. Highly recommended, we look forward to staying here again.

We were due to arrive after dark on a wet night, so Rose messaged to say she had the fire ready to light, she had turned some lights on for us, and had left the key under the mat so we didn’t have to spend time in the rain fiddling with the lockbox. It was so appreciated! Really cute and cosy home with everything we could possibly have needed. We loved it. One thing to note though is there is some road noise during the night.

Tony’s place was perfect for us and our dog, except when our dog locked us out and Tony kindly came to the rescue. Lovely place to stay for anybody visiting beautiful Ohoka and its surrounds.

A beautiful place in lovely peaceful surroundings. Was spacious with everything we needed. Loved the fire, which was lit prior to our arrival, thanks Eddy.

This was the last place we stayed on a two week holiday and I was hoping I had saved the best until last. I did!! This place was everything I hoped it would be. With extras like full pantry of things if you needed them. We enjoyed every minute of our time here. If you just want to get away from the world and enjoy peace and beautiful views this is the place, even the toilet has a view. Oxford town with nice cafes and small supermarket is just 10mins drive away but you feel there is not another living soul for miles. The night sky is breath taking.

What a beautiful place to spend a couple of nights, it was so warm and cozy, I was worried it might be a little cold but it wasn’t at all! The bed linen was very nice too! Had everything you could need for a couple of night stay. Would definitely come back and stay again 😊

My partner and I stayed at Black barn during King's birthday long weekend, for 2 nights. We really enjoyed our stay here. ☺️ Helen communicated well before and during our stay. We were a bit confused when we arrived as it's a long driveway down passed the letterbox to the barn, but Neil told us where to go which was nice. The barn was how it looked in the photos, and was clean and tidy on arrival. We appreciated the personal touch of chocolates on the bed! The barn is located in a peaceful setting and we loved relaxing in the spa and looking at the stars at night time. ✨ We also liked using the BBQ for our evening meals. The bed is very comfortable and the shower has great water pressure. The outdoor light on the barn near the spa didn't turn on and we couldn't find a switch for it (we suspected it may be automatic) so it was a dark when we were in the spa and eating our meals, not a deal breaker though. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would come again. Thank you!

Such a quiet, peaceful and beautiful place to stay in. The host was very responsive and the the cottage was clean and so comfortable to stay in. It truly felt like home away from home for our family during the whole weekend. We would definitely stay there again for some rest and relaxation in the future!

We had a very enjoyable 6 week stay in Megan’s place. Megan very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. It was a good locations as it allowed us to walk round Pegasus lake several times a week stopping off for coffee most time. Can recommend the pizza and the good home pub and our grandchildren enjoyed the playground and the closeness of Pegasus beach. Would be happy to stay here again. And thank you Megan for the fish. It was delicious Mike and Jackie Arnold
