Beachfront holiday rental in Wailea, Wailea-Makena

We had a great time at Alexi’s place! It is indeed a gorgeous condo, just as described. It was super clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the W/D in the unit. The location was perfect for us. It was centrally located and close to everything. We had direct access to the beach. Alexi was very helpful and responsive. He gave us some great local food recommendations. The building manager was also super nice and gave us some tips and guidance that made our trip very enjoyable. This was our first trip to Maui and we loved it so much that we are looking forward to coming back.

This one-bedroom, air-conditioned condominium is a gem, offering exceptional comfort, cleanliness, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by how immaculate the condo was. It's clear the owners take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The decor throughout the unit is harmonious, with a pleasing color palette and a continuity in the decorations that creates a serene and welcoming environment. The comfortable furniture was an added bonus, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The living room features a large TV equipped with most of the popular streaming app subscriptions, which was a nice touch for evening relaxation. One of the standout features for us was the bedroom. The king-sized bed provided the best sleep I’ve had in years! It came with a thick foam topper, which was heavenly. For those who prefer a different feel, the topper can be easily removed. Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

The stay was special to say the least. It was private and the walkable beach was quiet and beautiful. The town of Kihei has everything you need with close stores, restaurants, gas stations and snorkel rental. The house was perfect for our family with a space our child could sleep free of noise from the rest of the house while we were awake so we could enjoy the ocean from the porch and the jacuzzi tub. Would definitely stay again while on Maui!

Robert was amazing to deal with! Great communicator, very accommodating of the guest, and seemed very genuine. The Westin at Kaanapali speaks for itself! It has everything…pools, great location, awesome beach front ! Had a great ocean view! And view of the pools! The room was very spacious. It was just two of us but we could have had two more people on the sofa bed easily. Small kitchen with full fridge and ice maker allowed for in room meal accommodations and cold refreshments. Spacious bathroom . It was five star plus! We had a hard time leaving… it was perfect and there is always so much to do in Hawaii.

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

We stayed from June 5-12 and saw soooo many sea turtles from the lanai. Not sure if you can see them year round or just during this time, but it was a real highlight for us! We loved the 5th floor view, both rooms are very comfortable and accommodated two couples well. They have three AC units in the apartment that made it comfortable to sleep at night without getting too hot. The complex has a heated pool that is open until 9PM and scarcely used by others during our visit. They also had beach essentials like folding chairs, a cooler, umbrella, and towels that made our beach trips luxurious! We will definitely look to rent this place again for our future trips to Maui!

Fabulous condo. Exactly how it was described. Had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable. Walking distance to the beach, food trucks and Foodland was a plus. Looking forward to staying again

We had a lovely stay at Aaron's apartment. It was exactly as described... and more! Spacious, pristine, modern, comfortable, and peaceful - we were very comfortable throughout our stay. There were thoughtful touches throughout & Aaron was extremely proactive in checking in throughout our stay. All beach equipment (towels, chairs, umbrellas, cooler) was in great condition, Keurig coffee pods were provided, and appliances/dishware were all seemingly in new condition. The water pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning was perfectly functional. We loved the property's location as well -- a short drive to lots of great restaurants & the Kam beaches. It's also right on a park where we watched sunset from the beach. The pool & hot tub were a great touch and we met many other friendly neighbors. Highly recommend Aaron as a host, and this condo for your Maui stay!

My husband and I came to stay at Dan's lovely slice of heaven on 5th floor with fantastic views of the sunsets. We came for my nephews wedding and stayed for a week. The place was homey and relaxing. Brand new carpet. We made sure to kick off our shoes and relax. The bed was comfortable and we slept like babies. We went snorkeling at Makena Beach, Kamaole Beach Park #1 and Ho'okipa Beach Park where we saw a bunch of turtles sunbathing on the sand. We had made a grocery stop before getting to the Airbnb to have food to cook or eat when not going out. Dan has all the pans, utensils spices etc you need to prepare. It was great to have use of the snorkel equipment, large umbrella, chairs and towels. The Kula Botanical Gardens was a great place to visit.The Kula Bistro was a great restaurant recommended to us. A famous parmesan stuffed artichoke that did not disappoint. If you are into karaoke there is a fun bar down the street called Life is a Beach. Can't wait to return! Mahalo

We loved our stay! Carron had everything we needed for a beach day (cooler, beach chairs, towels, umbrella + more). We had the most amazing view of the sunset and even spotted a few turtles swimming right below. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay. You can sit on the balcony and view turtles swimming below. Lots of rainbows in the morning. Miso Phat is a great restaurant right across the street. The beach was nice and you could snorkel easily. We would definitely consider staying again.

I can not recommend this condo enough. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable, tastefully decorated, (not busy or too full of stuff), bed was nice, linens were soft, (extra pillows) all the ‘necessary’ things to enjoy your Hawaiian vacation too like beach towels, cooler, chairs, snorkels. Loved having a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool was pristine. The community was super neat & tidy. Quiet, easy access to all the amenities…private beach basically right next door with its own gate access. It’s in a great location. Perfect in fact. Close to the airport and Costco. We drove just ten minutes from the condo to get into the town area where there are lots of shops, restaurants and bars and the popular beach parks. Wailea Beach is only 15 min drive, which has a great walking trail along the beach. You will NOT be disappointed at this condo. We will definitely come back to this one.

We really enjoyed our time here. Location was great and we were close to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Laura was a wonderful host and I appreciated how responsive she was. Would recommend this place to a friend!

Kim’s condo was such a comfortable stay and offered us everything we needed. The location was perfect.. just steps across the street from beautiful Kamaole II beach and walking distance to groceries, shops and restaurants. We highly recommend Maui Thai Bistro. My husband got a relaxing massage from Lahaina Massage Day Spa and Wellness Center which is about a five minute walk from the condo. I can’t say enough about the condo itself. The bedroom offers a very comfortable king size bed with luxury bedding/pillows. Lots of room for storage and plenty of hangers in the closet. It had its own air conditioning to keep us nice and cool. The well-lit bathroom is large with plenty of storage for your things and a wonderful shower. Everything we needed including hairdryer, hand soap, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, and soft white fluffy towels. Large quality beach towels are also available for use. The washer/dryer was very

Our unit was impeccably clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, and the lanai offered breathtaking views—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening sunsets. The location was unbeatable, with just a short walk to the beach and close proximity to restaurants, shops, and activities. The pool and pavilion area were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The host’s communication was excellent, providing helpful tips and responding quickly to any questions. Beautiful location and setting. Very well organized and equipped. Especially nice bathroom and kitchen. She was also very thoughtful on the smaller details too, such as hooks to hang towels, clothes line in tub, non scented cleaning products . Also Very nice setup on the lanai

This home was as described and the view is out of this world. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee and every evening we would love watching the sunset from the lanai. As you can see from other reviews, this house gets 5 stars because the pros are endless. However - we want to go over a few cons because as a group we rented both sides of the townhouse ($$$$$) and there were some issues that we felt may have swayed our decision to stay there had we known. 1) The homeless in the area. There is public beach access next door to an empty lot - There is then a church that provides free daily meals right behind the home. Put all of this together and the area has become a hang out spot. We had authorities called twice (sleeping in the bushes right outside our room that had bars installed on the windows/blocking the driveway) but could have called them every day. 2) No AC (we knew this) but it gets HOT and if you have littles it will be a problem. 3) Rocky beach entry. Bring water shoes!

We had the most lovely stay at this resort! Jordan’s place is exactly like the photos and is beautifully private. While you cannot exactly see the ocean from the condo—the trees and foliage has now grown too high—we loved opening the late sliding doors and listing to the ocean whenever we were at the home. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked and we loved having access to all of the coffee and appliances supplied. The walk to the beach is easy and the pool has all the amenities you can imagine. There a many places to eat, grab coffee, and activities in a close drive to the location. We did see a singular cockroach inside near where a screened window was ajar. Jordan was very responsive when we message him about this. We had absolutely no concerns about the cleanliness of the condo throughout the rest of our stay. Overall, this was a tropical luxury stay perfect for a honeymoon filled with privacy and easy access to all things one could want in Maui.

The place was exactly as described; comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The beach is within walking distance, and the walk itself is very pleasant. The home was spotless, cleaning was truly top-notch. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. While the property is near a street, it’s not an overly busy one, so noise was never an issue. Overall, a great stay that we would gladly recommend.
