Vacation home - quiet, bright, modern

Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Facilities such as a supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, space to relax next door. The Main is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful cities. Leisure: Bandkeramikmuseum, Jewish cemetery, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, thermal baths, wine villages on the Main loop.

Apartment in the vineyards

Relax with the whole family or friends in the middle of the adjacent vineyards and fruit trees. The apartment is located on the ground floor on a wine and fruit farm that has already been in the 4th generation. Children are very welcome here. There is a trampoline, Kettcars, pedal tractor, ping pong table and much more on our large farm on the Mainschleife. The apartment is located directly on the bike path. Enjoy the tranquility with a glass of wine with us in Franconia.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Beautiful, practical & central location

Beautiful & practically furnished apartment on the 2nd floor of a house, for max 4 people, the two bedrooms are equipped with single beds 1 x 2 m, a dresser and a clothes rail, the windows all have blinds. The kitchenette offers everything you need: toaster, kettle, pad coffee machine, dishwasher, a stove + refrigerator + freezer. In the new bathroom, showering in the large, walk-in shower is an experience, large window.

Ruhige Ferienunterkunft mit idyllischem Gartenblick. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein großes Tageslichtbad sowie eine geräumige Küche inkl. Herd und Mikrowelle. Aufbettungen für bis zu zwei weitere Personen und Babies sind möglich. Die Unterkunft liegt mitten in Unterfranken. Die Stadt Schweinfurt und viele Weinorte, wie Volkach oder Sommerach, sind mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

A70, A7 und A3 -jeweils 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen und Schweinfurt jeweils 23 km Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoß, wir bewohnen selbst das Obergeschoß des Hauses.
