Great house close to Salzburg

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

The small idyll was a bit tight for 4 adults, but you can also call it simply muggy and cozy. The noise of the highway is so subtle that you don't even notice it. And so you get a really cute cottage everywhere peppered with little touches. This is still a real AirBnB where you feel welcome and where the owners have thought about. The quaint style is positively deceptive, because the house is above average equipped with charging stations, kitchen technology and co. However, I would treat the house to one more door that separates the sleeping areas from each other. Thank you for the uncomplicated hospitality It was really nice to stay with you.

Rustic, cosy accommodation in an idyllic location Communication with host David always worked very well! Arriving in Surberg, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. Particularly beautiful was the lovingly planted garden (which we could use in parts) and the balcony with alpine panorama - perfect for a small breakfast! We can only say THANK YOU and would come back anytime!

Everything was well prepared. Communication and check-in went quickly and smoothly. We'll be back.

We had a lovely time at Carmen's home It's easy to get the bus to city center which is just 10m ride away.

wow, what more can you say about this place. it is in the most beautiful location, hidden in the valley with wonderful views either side. Franz and family were lovely and accommodating, really helpful before arrival, and during my stay. I was working remotely for a few days, so did not get to enjoy the local bars and restaurants, but there was a very convenient large supermarket at the bottom of the road. Despite the wet weather, I went on runs and hikes in the area, crossing over the border into Germany, and the surroundings are beautiful. There also appears to be a very reasonable priced swimming pool nearby which i wish i was able to make the most of. Travel on the 180 bus from Salzburg Hbf was also very easy. Being able to enjoy the terrace come rain or sun made the whole stay very peaceful and enjoyable. there is a small kitchen to make some meals, the bedroom and living space is well equipped, and the private bathroom is also very good. Thanks very much to Franz and family!

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment in Ainring. Check-in with Johanna and Birger was personal, uncomplicated and very warm. The accommodation was sparkling clean, cozy and equipped with everything you need. We especially liked the quiet location – perfect for relaxing. Communication with the hosts was excellent: Johanna and Birger were super friendly and had great tips for excursions in the area. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the accommodation!

We felt super comfortable with Claudia. She was very thoughtful and kind. The apartment is lovingly, modernly furnished and had everything you need. We lacked nothing. The accommodation has a quiet location, but is still centrally located to explore other places. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andrea's home, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was not only beautifully decorated but also impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to local attractions and amenities. I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the lovely views from the windows. Andrea was a fantastic host, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Andrea's home. It truly felt like a home away from home, and I can’t wait to return!

The place left nothing to be desired. The kitchen was super equipped and nothing was missing. The view is worth every cent - a feel-good oasis for large groups too! We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every minute! Communication with the host was also super uncomplicated! Highly recommended!

Anna's apartment is very modern, high-quality and beautifully furnished. There is nothing missing, you immediately feel comfortable. From the apartment, you can quickly reach the mountains or the surrounding towns by car, and you can also start cycling directly and take great tours. Anna was very friendly and thoughtful.

We really enjoyed our stay in St. Johann – especially thanks to Elfriede and Maria, who are simply great hosts! They were super friendly, helpful and always approachable. Whether it was a small question or a request - help was provided immediately and you always had the feeling of being in good hands. The apartment was exactly as described – very nice, cozy and in a fantastic location. You can tell that a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this. Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, muesli and milk.

We felt very comfortable. Bea and Alexander were very open-minded and had great tips for activities, parking, etc. We'll be back.

We felt very comfortable with Rainer. We were greeted super friendly and Rainer had some tips for us in Schliersee. If we had any questions, Rainer was always very quick to reach and actively supported us. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Schliersee, there are very nice walks and hiking trails in the area. The apartment is very quiet and also has a nice balcony. View of the garden, from which you can even see mountains. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great apartment in a quiet residential area, yet within walking distance of the city center. Everything is there and you feel at home. Claudia and Manfred live on the floor below, you can see from the balcony into their beautiful, large garden. You can be reached at any time if you have any questions. I even got fresh cherries from my own tree in the garden:). I'd love to come back.

We stayed there for less than a week for training. Very nice bright apartment, everything clean and as described. Nice landlord. There is nothing to complain about :)
