Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

B&B Loft-13 is an atmospheric, luxurious B&B on the border of Friesland and Groningen. Relax and unwind in your own sauna and wood-fired hot tub (optional / booking) Great base for wonderful cycling and hiking tours. As well as business overnight stays, there is a 5-minute drive from the A-7 in the direction of various major cities. We provide a luxurious, varied breakfast, where we use the fresh local products and natural the fresh free-range pipes of our own chickens.

Entire floor in a farmhouse in the countryside

Our guests have the upper floor with 90 square meters to themselves. A small second front door leads upstairs. There is a kitchen-living room, a large bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, another room with a 140 cm double bed, the fireplace room, a small balcony and a bathroom with a tub and shower. On the first floor I live with my boyfriend and our 3 CATS. I cannot rule out that the curious furry residents will visit you if you have the door open for too long.

Close to the city centre of Leeuwarden is Woodpecker, a spacious and bright 100 m² bungalow. You have a private entrance and the Woodpecker has two spacious bedrooms, both with a private shower and toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the basic comforts. The bungalow can accommodate up to 4 people. Woodpecker Leeuwarden can also be booked via its own site. We are entering the last season to start again somewhere else. Our beautiful and comfortable studio - in the formerly famous “Hotel Bord de la Mer” is on the edge of the North Sea. From the first floor there is a great view from the Scheveningen Havenhoofd to the Pier and beyond. In 2023, the kitchen and the bathroom have been updated, while maintaining charm. The bathroom has since been equipped with a walk-in shower. As we have 100% top reviews, we also prefer guests with a 5* rating.

Located at the narrowest point in Germany, this gem, an 180-year-old, thatched-roof Geestlanghaus, is in a quiet, secluded location with free parking, 10 minutes from the A7. Young couples with small children, solo travellers, tourists on their way to the north or south, painters seeking seclusion, pianists (grand piano available!), writers and other creatives, bird lovers and lovers of the seas are welcome in our small gallery!

Op De Noord – Landelijk Amsterdam

Located on the central village square of the beautiful village of Ilpendam, our large house with a modern and luxuriously furnished studio is located on the ground floor. Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you are by bus to Amsterdam Central Station. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. You can park for free in front of the door.
