The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the “Moosrain” stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and was newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right outside the building.

In the immediate vicinity you can jog, take a boat on Lake Tegernsee and take long walks on the lake promenade or go hiking.

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

Spend relaxing holidays in our newly renovated apartment in a rural style. The cozy 1-room apartment with approx. 32 square meters is located on the 1st floor with a separate entrance and a balcony of approx. 4 square meters. The apartment is equipped with free guest Wi-Fi, large LCD satellite TV, newly equipped kitchenette with kettle and coffee maker, hair dryer and newly renovated bathroom/toilet.
