Lovingly and newly furnished apartment in Gmund / Moosrain. The apartment is in a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle and yet only 3.5 km from swimming in Lake Tegernsee. The Bavarian Oberlandbahn (BOB) runs once an hour from the “Moosrain” stop, which is only 2 minutes away, to Tegernsee or Munich. The apartment, with a separate entrance, is on the 2nd floor and was newly and modernly furnished. Everything with a lot of love for detail. A parking space is available right outside the building.

Apartment in Bad Tölz with direct Isar location. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance via the Isar promenade. Shopping such as baker, butcher and supermarket are also within walking distance. The rooms are located on the 2nd floor. The first room is the fully equipped kitchen-living room with dishwasher and TV and access to the balcony. The second and third rooms are both double rooms with shower and toilet. It is not a self-contained apartment but all rooms are individually lockable.

The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

The apartment is located in a detached house on the outskirts of Au, a small extra district of the municipality of Bad Feilnbach with direct views of the Bavarian Alpine foothills. Because it is located in a residential area, it is very quiet without through traffic. The nearest highway entrance (Munich-Salzburg/Kufstein A8) is only about 4 km away. From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

The room in a renovated old building from 1933 can be reached via several uneven stairs, is in the center of Tegernsee and yet quiet. It is particularly suitable for those who are on a hike, bike ride, wedding or passing through. You are in this cozy room with an integrated new bathroom for you. The mattress of the 1.40 m x 2 m bed has been replaced and renewed. There is deliberately no TV. Enjoy your stay overlooking the lake and mountains.

Schnoaderhof

Our small farm is located in the beautiful Isarwinkel. The area is the starting point for numerous mountain and cycling tours, as well as small hikes. Family-friendly attractions are also nearby. In winter, you can visit the nearby ski & cross-country areas. In the area you will find many shopping & refreshment options. The train station is about 2 km away and the specialist clinic Gaißach is about 3 km from our farm.

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at the beautiful Isar promenade and in the historic old town. You can do everything on foot. A car is not absolutely necessary. Parking is available right in front of the apartment. A perfect place to stay to explore beautiful Bad Tölz with all its sights and the beautiful mountain landscape. Also ideal for nature lovers and athletes!

Perfect for excursions: - Munich is 30 minutes away - 15 minutes to Lake Starnberg - Shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) are only 700m away.

Former carpentry shop in Bad Tölz

We converted my father's former carpentry shop into two apartments. One of them is reserved for you. In these special times, we pay even more attention to the cleaning, disinfection and ventilation of the apartment. Between the individual bookings (arrival and departure), a day's break is taken to have enough time for the measures.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
