Even helemaal er tussen uit? Dat kan op onze 200 jaar oude boerderij dichtbij de Waddenkust (Unesco WereldErfgoed) en de steden Leeuwarden, Harlingen en Franeker. Het Voorhuis van de boerderij is omgebouwd tot een royaal gastenverblijf met uitzicht over de tuin, weilanden. We hebben een biologisch melkveebedrijf en werken zoveel mogelijk met de natuur mee. Kom je bij ons overnachten dan kun je het boerenleven, de Waddenkust en Friesland, helemaal in je eigen ritme, ontdekken en beleven. Welkom!

Unplugged summer dike house · on the Frisian mudflats

Word wakker terwijl het licht over de kwelders trekt. Dit vrijstaande dijkhuis aan de Bildtdijk is bewust zonder wifi en tv. Een plek om écht te vertragen. Deuren open, koffie in de zon, borrelen met wijn aan de picknicktafel met een cd of vinyl uit de collectie tot de zon onder gaat. Twee slaapkamers met Auping-matrassen, volledig uitgeruste keuken en een privétuin van 680 m² met vlonderterras. De zeedijk op loopafstand. Holwerd (veer Ameland) 20 min, Harlingen (Vlieland/Terschelling) 30 min.

The peaceful East Pûnsmiet Chalet in an orchard

For those who enjoy being surrounded by nature, this peaceful chalet is the ideal place to relax. The chalet is very private and set in an orchard of just over a third of a hectare. (A pûnsmiet is an old Friesian word for a third of a hectare). It is a perfect place for those who want to indulge their creativity in writing or drawing. The beautiful views towards the dyke and into the orchard are unique in this Friesian landscape, where the sunsets are spectacular and ever changing.

Tussen de groene vlaktes van het Friesche Menaldum vindt u de uniek gebouwde Tiny Farm House met veranda inclusief hot tub. Deze grenst aan een traditionele kop hals romp boerderij uit 1880. Sinds 1980 runt boer Folkert de melkveehouderij waar 110 koeien gemelkt worden. Kom tot rust in de hot tub of neem een duik in de zwemvijver nabij. Ga met de veerboot een dag naar Terschelling of Vlieland. Breng een bezoek aan de hoofdstad Leeuwarden of stap op de fiets en verken de omgeving.

The Crack of Van Dam is a unique place close to the Wadden Sea! The Kraak is cozy. That's because of the different cozy corners. Yet it is greater than almost any other vacation home. The kitchen - well equipped for those who like to cook well - is two steps higher than the church hall.

Het huisje is onder architectuur ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Op het rustige park, is een speeltuin, zwembad met kinderbad, 2 tennisbanen, een snackbar en restaurant. In de omgeving kan je heerlijk wandelen, fietsen, shoppen in Harlingen, Leeuwarden, Franeker en kleine dorpjes en overvaren naar Terschelling of Vlieland.

Experience a varied holiday in this comfortable holiday home with 3 bedrooms (one barrier-free bedroom on the ground floor) in the best location with a view. On the ground floor there is the spacious dining and living room with wooden floors (underfloor heating), couch, smart TV and electric fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven + microwave. The beds are made and towels are provided. A private hot tub with massage jets is available for use.

Gather in our spacious, cozy private residence within walking distance of the Wadden Sea. The perfect place to cook together and dine extensively with beloved friends or family. You can drink your wine by the fireplace or in the grape greenhouse, where you can sit comfortably outside all year round. Also in the large garden (with private parking) it is wonderful to stay in good weather. Base for the Wadden Islands, Harlingen, Leeuwarden and the Frisian lakes.

Matjene's tiny house

Cosy and charming cottage with a private entrance and a sunny terrace facing south. Free parking. In front of my house. The duvets are 2 in 1. They are washed every time. After the guests have left. You really have to bend over to go up the stairs. Otherwise you will hit your head. There is a small air conditioner, and also a fan. Walking distance along the port. It's the centre (15 min), with cosy terraces, the station (10 min) and the beach (20 min)

"De Mooie Liefde" Tiny house in Friesland.

Our "Beautiful Love" used to be the horse stable belonging to the centuries-old farm in which we live. In 2020, we transformed it together with a lot of love and passion into a tiny house with an old lived-in look. The green staircase leads upstairs to the beautiful loft with a 180x200 bed, with a double mattress and a double sheep wool duvet. Under the loft, you will find the beautiful bathroom and kitchen. If you want to look for a little more hustle and bustle, then visit the port of Harlingen. In Harlingen you can go to the beach, take the ferry to Vlieland and Terschelling, enjoy the view of the harbors, go shopping, get money and eat. This cozy house from 1900 has the amenities of central heating, pallet, stove, Wi-Fi, TV with Chromecast (own Netflix/Spotify/TV app), shower and bathtub, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine
